Great little budget gem. Rooms are semi dated but clean. No bugs, smell or oddness! Front desk was very helpful both days (different people) and breakfast was decent- good waffles and mix of pastries. Totally worth it if passing through and visiting the big things!

I ended up getting separated from my husband, I packed my two cats and what else I could fit in my car and traveled from Arizona to Vermont. On my way I was invited the middle of a 40 car pile up on 1-70 less than 2 miles from the hotel. They closed the highway both ways and I was invited my car for hours hoping not to run out of gas as I had two cats with me. I booked online and tried to get a refund. I called and they explained that it was the hotel who wouldn’t give me a refund. I called three times and they refused to put the manager or do anything about a refund. My daughter called as well because she felt bad for me and she said they were so rude to her on the phone. Look here… I would have rather been in that hotel warm with my two cats safe than on the highway in the middle of a snow storm. It blew me away that I literally couldn’t get there and there was nothing they were willing to do. Obviously customer service isn’t something they take seriously. I will never stay at any Days Inn again and I will never refer them to anyone. Hampton, that’s the way to go.

This hotel is in our small town of Casey. Had to put cousin here as she had a flooding issue in her home. The current owners have made a lot of upgrades. Bed was comfortable, and room was very clean. Staff was very helpful, polite and courtesy. Glad to see our small town has a hotel that is comfortable to stay in again. Thank you so much!

This hotel is just off I70, in a town with a lot of “World’s Largest” attractions.

We stayed one night here during our travels. No issues at all. Quick check in. The room was very clean & the staff was friendly and courteous. Good water pressure - and the shower stayed nice and hot.

The breakfast is small, but adequate. Oatmeal, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit (apples on the day we stayed), milk, cereal, yogurt, juice & coffee.

I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends if they ever need a place to stay in the area.

We did not utilize any other amenities, so I can’t speak to that.

Bagels were hard like they were defrosted.
More of a variety would be better along with fresh bagels. Otherwise it was great!

The good:|The staff was friendly. |The room (King - non-smoking) was large and very clean.|The free breakfast was basic (waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, juice, coffee - no protein). The breakfast area was very clean and kept well stocked.||The not so good:||The latch lock on our door did not function. The parts were from different locks and did not link together. We did not feel uncomfortable with the latch not functioning.||The bathroom bulkhead above the sink was unnecessarily low. I am taller than most at 6'-9, but it would be an issue for many in the 6'+ range. Not a major issue, but an annoyance.||The bed, though comfortable, was noisy. There was a metallic twang that could be heard every time we shifted position. It wasn't loud and didn't wake us, but not pleasant.||Overall it was a good stay for our trip and we would come back again.

Check-in was a nightmare. Waited 5 minutes for staff to finish using the lobby bathroom. Staff asked for info previously entered during pre-check in. ||The water from the tub/shower was gold-yellow and unusable. I left early and could not speak with the staff, so I could not shower that morning. ||Breakfast was a joke. Options were limited and not fresh looking. ||I would not stay here, even if it the cheapest option.

The room is outdated and smells like body odor. No coffee pot in room, bathtub faucet wont shut off, tried several times to call front desk and no answer, went to front desk several times, and nobody to be found. They sent me a text and said if I was having any problems, please text them, which I did, and of course, no response at all. Bed is hard as a rock. Wish there was another motel here in Casey, but you get what they have. Seems to be more for hunters and workers than travelers. Wont stay here again. Sad it's part of Wyndham and be this bad.
