Curry Place was great ! The house was very clean and the ac was a plus for the sticky days/nights. The dock was perfect for our boat and the location could not be better. We loved hanging out on the deck and the new dock barge. Annie was great and responded to any of our needs or questions. We will definitely be back. Thank you again!!

Discovering Curry Place was a great find for us!!! Being a Henry And Jane Fonda fan, one of my favorite movies was and continues to be ON GOLDEN POND. Having grown up on Long Island, I have fond memories of all 7 of my family members piling into our Country Squire station wagon and trekking up to Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. My favorite swimming experiences were in the New Hampshire lakes. Staying in the cottage at Curry Place was a pure delight and surpassed all of my expectations. From the moment of our arrival, Annie Haskell welcomed us and not only gave us a tour of the beautiful grounds on Squam Channel, but shared her favorite restaurants, parks, beaches, boat rentals, local farmers markets, science centers and so much more.Our 2 weeks spent there, were not nearly enough, which is why we are spending 6 months there this year. Her knack for building, designing and decorating are only matched by her warm and welcoming personality. We are counting the months until we return!!!

My family had a wonderful week in the Cottage, Barn, and Loft. The location is perfect with plenty of private parking, the lodging was beautiful, and the dock was in excellent condition - the 7 y/o caught a new PB on Night #1! Annie was a lovely host and was available to resolve any issues we had. We will be back!

The location of Curry Place is perfect and the loft was just right for us, especially the screened-in porch! The water quality in both lakes (and the canal right behind Curry Place which connects Squam Lake and Little Squam Lake) is exceptional. Annie and Rob were fantastic hosts!! We'll be back!

We stayed in Curry Cottage. It is beautifully decorated inside and out, very clean and well supplied with everything you might need. It's right on the water in the backyard and within walking distance to all Holderness shops and restaurants out the front. It's even next door to the gazebo where there is music on Thursday nights. I recommend it highly.

We had the best stay at Curry Cottage! It has all the amenities and then some. It’s very charming and decorated perfectly. Super convenient location. It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our 2 young kids. The dock slip was perfect as well and the icing on the cake was Annie. She made us feel so welcome! We are coming back next year! I highly recommend!!

We stayed at Curry Place in July 2022 and it was a perfect getaway! The property is situated right on the channel…a great location to downtown Holderness. The grounds were beautiful with plenty of private and shared outdoor space. The property itself was above and beyond our expectations…plenty of room, well appointed with much attention to detail, and very clean. Annie and Rob were incredibly responsive and helpful…the perfect hosts! We definitely plan on another stay in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at the Curry House in early August for one week with our two kids, a grandparent and our puppy. The house was beautiful, equipped with everything our family needed, located near a delicious coffee and sandwich shop, near a boat marina and accessible to so many other wonderful places to eat and enjoy lake squam. Every few days there is a live music performance right near the property and a variety of delicious food trucks that show up, along with local artist booths. The location could not have been more ideal! We could see the lake from our rental, the house came with kayaks that we enjoyed and there was a path near the home with blueberry bushes and water access that both we, and our puppy enjoyed tremendously. Annie and her family are also the kindest and most gracious hosts. Our boat got stuck while leaving their dock one morning and her husband jumped into the water to "rescue us." They were so kind to us and our puppy. We loved our vacation so much that we booked another week on the property the same day our vacation ended. This place is a gem and we were thankful for the opportunity to enjoy it!!
