I checked in two days ago and I check out in two more days. I got an even numbered room which faces the back and is very quiet. The service is, across the board, impeccable. Efran, the bartender, never forgot my name once told. He always greeted me with enthusiasm by name whenever I walked by, even if I was just heading to my room. The front desk personnel were always available with a smile as well. Great place to stay for travel when working in the area.

Great place to stay! clean rooms great amenities and a great bistro! The food is delicious highly recommend the wings and the service was even better. If you get a chance to meet the bartender/server Efren you will not regret it. He is very friendly and has made the stay a great experience. The entire staff has accommodated myself and my team very well.

Room was clean. Front desk was great. The road noise kept me up. Next time I'll request a room on the other side of the building.

The best part of the stay was the Bistro. Dinner and breakfast.
Efran was awesome, food was really good and it made the night go by quick.

They are off to a great start. We booked two rooms for three nights, including Christmas Eve. When we arrived our keys were waiting for us. My only complaint is that the Bistro was not open the night we arrived. We did eat there for breakfast two mornings and the food was not just adequate - it was very good. Everything was fresh. The service was even better than the food. || We sat at the bar a while on Christmas Eve and had a good time with tasty drinks. ||High marks all around.

This is a fairly new hotel, so it was great to stay the night at. It's about twenty minutes east of Reno, so not a ton out there. Had a few eating options in the area. Was excellent for me as I was passing through the area.

Do not stay here. They have absolutely zero customer service. A manager has been supposed to call me back for the last week and a half. I have called three separate times to talk to side manager, and the employees tell me they keep calling back, rather than insuring a manager will call. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, dirty, which I showed them pictures of. I reserved a room And when we arrived, they gave our reservation to somebody else. They had to put us in an handicap room, which would have been fine except there was no tub to wash my young kids in. Absolutely do not stay here! You can stay at a much better place in Reno And for half the cost. When I called to reserve the room, I specifically asked about the pool. To which they respond responded that they do have an indoor pool. What they left out was the fact that it was closed for two weeks because the walls were caving in. This was extremely upsetting as I specifically sought out a place with a pool. When I made my reservation, I also did it to include breakfast, apparently they did not get that message. Do not stay here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The check-in was quick and easy, and Denise (I hope I got her name right---she has curly hair) was amazing. The last time I passed by, they were still building the location in the summer of 2024. It's done now and beautiful. The lobby is inviting with the bar and on-site restaurant. They have a very nice gym with free weights, elliptical, treadmill, and everything you need for a good workout--there's also an indoor pool, but I didn't go to check it out. The elevator is quick, and the rooms are immaculate. I had a king room, and it had ample space for me to work on my laptop, wifi, and space for my things. The closet is ample, but my favorite part was the bathroom. The shower was heavenly! The bathroom was well lit, so I could do my makeup in the morning, and it was quite spacious. I like the fact that the hotels have full sized bottles in the shower already instead of the travel sized bottles. Surprisingly, there were plenty of lights in the room. Sometimes, the rooms are too dark if you are trying to get work done. Even though they have a gym, I still did my morning workout in my room as I did not pack gym shoes. The room is spacious enough for a good calisthenics workout. I will definitely be back the next time I visit.

Worst courtyard I've been to so far. They have a coffee machine but you have to ask for a cup.theres no sweetener or creamer, they get it for you but if someone walks through the door to check n, you'll have to wait. I opted for hot chocolate which turned out to be colored water. On my 3rd day I ask for a cup and the clerk brought me one and then ask what room to charge the coffee to, I handed her back the cup and said no thanks. There's nothing telling you the coffee cost, obviously it's not free. If you want breakfast you'll pay for it, it's the same breakfast that other chains offer free, it's ridiculously priced. I'll never come to this hotel and I don't recommend it to anyone. Hotel itself is fine, it's new. It's their policies that disturb me. I'll be checking out tomorrow and if I see anything on my bill except the room changes, I'm going to dispute the bill.
