I hope this reaches the Human Resources Division. I used to work at Cafe Milano. I loved the customers I love the employees I worked with, but management there needs to change Nickell, yahaida, Richard. All need to go as the open door policy does not work as I went to my upper management to complain over my manager threatening me and they did nothing but fire Me 3 days later. The only thing I can say that's good about Cafe Milano is it is the cleanest restaurant I ever worked in they have a breakdown every month where they clean everything from top to bottom that is the only good thing. But lately I've heard they've fired many people for stupid reasons and many people have left due to management they need to correct this situation. I would be happy to come back if there were all new managers
