Been going here for a few years now. The staff is friendly and helpful. The river is perfect and the kids always have a blast. We bought some paddles this year and the staff was incredible while helping us decide what was best for our needs. No upselling at all. We will be back, hopefully with our own kayaks at some point, but definitely will be back!

Had a great paddle down the Contoocook River. So appreciated being able to be transported upriver by this fabulous company. Saw Herons, Egrets and even an Eagle… Would recommend highly!

Great 9 mile paddle! Not much current, but it was easy to paddle at a nice slow speed and we completed the trip in 3 hrs. We saw a mink, squirrels, chipmunks, a few different types of birds, and lots of turtles.

I’ve been coming here with friends and family for the past 4 years and we absolutely love it! Cheap price for single and tandem kayak rentals . Great for picnics, swimming, and fishing! We caught (and released) well over 15 fish across 5 different species. Even saw a bald eagle! Does it get any better than that?
Staff is amazing so big shout out to them!
Only thing to note, you might need to muscle it out a bit more toward the final third of the trip!

Austin worked with me to find a discontinued Hurricane 126 regular cockpit kayak, even contacting the factory directly to arrange for delivery to his store. In addition, I received a great deal on the kayak. Austin was also expert in tying the kayak onto my car for a 100 mile drive home.

We took three grandchildren (13, 10, and 4) for an easy paddle about an hour upriver to Daisy Beach for a picnic and swimming and then returned. I put the 4 year old in a tandem with me and the older two had their own 12’ kayaks. We had a 10:30 reservation and shoved off a little after 11. The river doesn’t have much current so paddling upstream is almost like being on a lake. The boats and equipment are in good shape. The time at the beach was fun. There were a bunch of other parents and kids there on a sunny Saturday and everyone was friendly and having a good time. Other kids showed how best to use the rope swing. Very fun trip.

What a great day! Staff couldn't have been more helpful, even carried out kayaks to and from the launch sites. Would definitely recommend!

It was so much fun, beautiful and just plain wonderful. Four of us went out on August 27 having launched at 10:15 we ended the nine mile paddle at 3:15. We stopped twice to stretch….we are all seniors…. My only complaint was that I was very hot and the vest did not help, but that was only me! I highly recommend this trip. It was so much more than we all expected. The young man, Dala, was such a big help bringing our kayaks to the edge of the launch and then again helping us bring our kayaks to our cars. We were pleasantly exhausted after the trip and REALLY appreciated his help. We also saw some wildlife which added to the experience. Great great fun and a good sense of accomplishment!
