It's very disappointing that this is the only bus station in the area because the associates at the from desk are extremely rude. I've never been to another station with such disrespectful staff. They have given me issues about using their bathrooms even though I'm a paying customer. Then, they were very rude to my 10 year old niece when her phone happened to go off while we were inside waiting. And on another occation I was talking on the phone while waiting (being super quiet to make sure I wasn't disruptive) and they told me I had to "take it outside" when it was 10 degrees outside. Oh, and on another occasion they came over to me while I was just sitting waiting for a bus, and with a terrible attitude "are you waiting for a ride or something"... "nope, I'm waiting for a bus.. at a bus station. Not loitering." So I highly recommend going to Manchester if you can avoid this station at any cost.

Absolutely my favorite bus company after dealing with dozens of other companies (looking at you, Megabus). Always arrives at destinations on time or even a bit early (and keeps passengers updated when there are accidents/construction that might change route or increase travel time). Drivers are always extremely friendly, and the amenities are always clean. Fair/consistent prices with many departure/arrival time options to chose from when considering a route. So refreshing after being treated less than kindly by other companies with services in Boston. My only critique is that they don't have more routes - would love to have them expand to more of New England.

In addition to being affordable and convenient, the bus drivers provide some of the best customer service i have ever witnessed. They are friendly, knowledgeable and truely go above and beyond for the patrons riding their bus. Thanks for a great trip!

Also, they responded to another reviewers suggestion of a coffee machine on board! They even provide light snacks! Id give them a six star review if i could!

Love taking this bus line to the airport. The traffic in Boston is too much for me so it's just easier to take the bus. Taking the bus home can be hectic because its first come first serve so if its busy then you may have to wait another hour for the next bus.

Up in the White Mountains, it's hard to get to Boston for the airport or Amtrak. Most of us can't afford to drive and park. So we take Concord Coach Line.

What amazes me most is how smoothly the driver goes along our notorious bumpy, curvy and potholed roads. When I drive these same roads, my car bounces all over the road.

On every trip (I've had a dozen or more) the driver handles the bus safely and cautiously. I usually sit upfront and can verify that he spots traffic tieups and accidents quickly and responds properly.

TWO SUGGESTIONS TO MANAGEMENT: 1. Please add a second run Berlin to Boston. (I know you won't do this unless it's profitable. Sigh).
2. Put a coffee macine on the bus. How. anout a Keurig? I know you can make a profit there!

PS: I like write reviews when service is especiallly bad or very, very good. This is my first and only review of a busline. Congratulations!
