This is a very nice hotel at a scenic location on the water. There is a bar and grill as well as a restaurant (Floriday's) at the hotel. I had a wonderful grilled sandwich at Floriday's. Our room was comfortable with all amenities working as they should. I didn't find the high and gentle "rainfall" type shower very effective for rinsing, but my husband liked it. He enjoys walking in the mornings and found it an easy 30 minute walk over to Anna Maria Island, where one can have breakfast on the beach. The breakfast buffet at this hotel is really exceptional, with many quality choices.

Stayed here over the weekend as part of the hotel block for a wedding. This hotel was specifically chosen for the room block due to "accessibility" as someone in a wheelchair was attending the wedding. The hotel double booked the only handicap accessible room, continued to give the run around all weekend, and offered no safe solution. My friend was unable to access a safe shower during their entire stay- but was offered one free dinner to compensate!

The rate increased several times from booking to check-out, none of which were communicated to us. Shower was visibly dirty upon arrival.

Breakfast staff was absolutely pleasant! Location was great, minus the smell.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful hotel with a friendly and professional staff. The Margaritaville theme throughout was super fun but also not overly done. The hotel was very tasteful and the room was exquisite with private balcony overlooking the sound. I was so impressed. Can’t say enough about the amazing staff who made you feel so welcomed and at home. Will definitely stay here every time I’m in the destination.

Hotel experience was great until we ran out of shampoo. Asked three days for housekeeping visits to have it refilled. Today I asked again and was told by the same front desk receptionist that “It was filled and they took a picture to prove it”. I had to take a video of the empty shampoo bottle and bring it to the front desk to “prove” the empty bottle was legit. Unfortunately it cast a bit of a shadow on our trip. Bring your own shampoo! Hotel is nice with a good location and breakfast selection. Fish House restaurant is located adjacent to the hotel and has good food.

Excellent room with a great view-- you can't beat the 6th floor balconies for morning coffee relaxation looking out at the marina! Friendly, efficient, and attentive service from everyone; generous hot breakfast and snacks available throughout the day. An altogether perfectly lovely stay. I'll be back for sure!

Bartender Ashley was very personable and made our drinks to perfection. The ladies were impressed with the espresso martinis and I had a rum runner on the rocks. Her service was excellent. The pool area had a great vibe and the entire experience was amazing.

This hotel is amazing! It was our first trip but not our last. From the moment you walked in the door we felt welcomed. Check in was easy and the front desk staff courteous and super friendly. Sandy even text us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything.

Once we arrived to our room, it was not only clean and comfortable but lovely. The linens and towels are high quality, which I value. Our room provided for a balcony, so morning coffee with a beautiful view was a nice treat. Our stay was quiet and peaceful with a great relaxed vibe.

We enjoyed the bar and pool area where once again, staff is friendly and attentive, especially Cindy. We wanted for nothing!
Also breakfast provided is not your typical continental, it’s a full meal with so many options. Don’t skip it!

We appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel. But what sets this far above a typical hotel, is the people. The staff leave's you feeling that they really enjoy their jobs and making your stay special. Brian, the GM, went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Refreshing!

Beautiful boutique hotel with attention to detail. We enjoyed the relaxed Margaritaville vibe. From our welcome at check in to our departure we received very personal service. Our room was clean, comfortable with fun decor. Quality linens , pillows and comfortable bed. We enjoyed having a balcony with a view. We also enjoyed the pool and bar area. The breakfast is full of options. Don’t miss it! |Best part .. the staff. Exceptional customer service!
