If i could rate negative 5 i would. We have been waiting for 4 months for maintenance issues. Just keep getting the run around and excuses. Poor communication and lack of.

The first 3 calls, they didn't even open a maintenance ticket. I finally drove down there, and they just wanted to make excuses.

We sent a long email with all the problems at the apartment to Olivia per her request. She never got the issues handled so far to go toLisa the manager who equally did not communicate. Since move in two years ago they never completed what was promised.

Let alone all the other issues that have come up. We are very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and I always have to contact them. They cancel due to an emergency and do not reschedule. I have to contact them and say, "Are you going to reschedule? They leave it up to the maintenance guys to schedule appointments instead of managing it themselves, which makes no sense at all. They just keep saying yours is not a priority due to non emergency. Well, they screwed up and never created a maintenance ticket, and 6 weeks later, I am still waiting for repairs.

Is that now not a priority since you have people who have neglected to handle the issue properly? It's getting absolutely ridiculous and beyond. What happened to people caring in this world today about their jobs and the people they are hired to take care of?

Just want the problems addressed in a timely manner. We pay enough rent, and they want that on time, so why can't we demand to get what's in our lease handled in a proper on time service.

In 100 degree plus, feel in the weather outside the air conditioner is not working properly and will not cool below in the 80s in the apartment. Finally found out the complete window assembly is rotted out and the glass has dropped 2 inches plus and letting all the air in from the elements.

The guys come to fix it and keep telling us it's working properly. Then, when we complained again, they closed the ticket. The tech says, "Oh ya, it needs a condenser replaced. Different tech comes out and says it is working he knew nothing of a condenser. Says they were here and a lady was in the apartment they spooked her and she wouldn't talk to them.

They were at the neighbors not even the right apartment and they were not given permission to even enter they were to call me which they did however not before they were on site working on it and gave no notice or scheduled appointment. All we ask is to be taken care of and get the repairs handled.

The outside lights either don't work or barely bright enough for a nightlight. The decking of the stairway is about to fall through and a major safety issue.

Electric outlets with no covers and no power to some. Doors do not lock properly and some don't close making it not safe. Especially in this area you need doors that lock for safety.

Highly do not recommend these people they do not take care of their tenants and pray on the fact people stay there and are behind on their rent and are scared to report them. It's a shame people treat other humans like this.

Will be praying for them as they need some Jesus in their lives I wouldn't be able to live with myself or sleep at night knowing I dropped the ball and people are stuck in these unsafe living conditions.

May God do some work in their lives that they may better treat others and save living conditions would be my prayer that no one have to go through this kind of treatment. Amen.

The ppl who work there are fine, IG. The property however, was trash. We rented from them back in 2021, at the Orchard location. That dilapidated building had a spot that sunk in near the kitchen and we had a major wasp problem. It was cold in the winter and hot in the summer and so many flies that you would have thought our neighbor had died. I'm only posting this now because I was looking to move soon. Tell me why that property has now increased 30% in 4 yrs? Regardless of renovation no 1bed/1bath should be 850 anyway, especially that hole in the wall.

Posts listings absolutely everywhere and never updates their availability, so you'll see an "available now" mark on every single one of them, even when they aren't available until 12 to 36 months from the date you call him.

And when you call him, he will have absolutely nothing to offer, but still try to take your money for a deposit for an apartment that won't be empty until 2027

From the look of other reviews, they're not just lazy when it comes to updating listings either.

Daughter just had to move out due to mold issues. It was growing on the walls, they said they would bring in a company to mitigate and replace drywall. Company came in, marked it complete, nothing was done. After several calls to Class Act, crickets. They are taking advantage of students.

This the worst rental I’ve ever in all my 54 years. It is a slum. The management is NOT a ‘Class Act’. My son just moved in. It’s was filthy dirty. The furniture must be from dumpster diving. They clearly state ‘no pets allowed’, but it’s very evident from the cat litter in closet to the chewed up furniture and all the pet hair they do not enforce rules. Take a look at the pix of the back yard! It’s a dump. It hasn’t been painted in YEARS!
DO NOT rent from Class Act Reality. You’d be better off living in your car.

I would never rent from class act ever again. If I could do a zero star rating I would.
I’m 34 yo and rented multiple places and this is by far my worst experience.
The washer and dryer didn’t work the first entire year I lived there.upon moving in I was promised it would be fixed asap. Maintenance was slow, poorly skilled and 9/10 times what they fixed would break shortly after they visited due to not being fixed correctly.

For a 2 week span in the middle of the summer the boiler broke my apartment was over 100 degrees . I couldn’t stay there and myself plus my three kids and dog were displaced. My rent was never discounted even though I asked nor was I offered any accommodations to it putting me out of my home. I had to stay with my family 40 min away which caused a lot of Financial stress . When I would call to address issues the staff was rude, un empathetic and gave poor information as to when the issue would be fixed.
The staff in the offices were rude, lacked communication skills and often time were abrasive on the phone. In the couple times I called and asked to speak to a manager due to the lack of problem solving and business etiquette of the staff my calls were never returned.
The final straw was when there was a giant roof leak that was not address, nor fixed and mold grew on it for months to the point it spread across the whole ceiling and the carpet was drenched. My family and I became Ill with a constant cough, running noses and weird rashes.after multiple doc visits, We had mold testing done at the doctor. It was deemed the apartment condition/ mold and ventilation was the issue. I notified the office as well with a doctor note. My concern was not address the manger wouldn’t return my calls and the issue was not fixed and we ended up moving due to the issue.
They have no concern for their tenants or their health and it shows.

I would do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

This is not class act Ken doesn't know about anything and the office people are rude and very dismissive and as a matter of fact not knowing anything I called 2 weeks ago because the carpet in my home is stain with animal urine and huge stains the kitchen drawer that was'fixed' is still broke nobody knows anything there answer is always we haven't talk to the owners yet I know a phone call must be very difficult they don't care about fixing anyone's Apt. Your staff sucks you should be embarrassed of your performance if I could give negative number I would

Never communicated that I was denied, I had to find out by calling myself. Was told a paper showing employment would be needed but turns out i needed pay stubs. When i went to check in about it after Ashley had got back from her vacation she was extremely rude about it just stating "you need pay stubs." I can understand she may have been annoyed but I was too but her tone was completely un necessary
considering I had no idea what was going on and just wanted to hear a bit more about why I was denied. I had done nothing towards her so even a simple "Hi, sorry you need pay stubs" would be more welcoming and less disrespectful then the way she had spoke to me. 0/10 dont recommend this place for residential renting not only because of the insane requirements but because of the lack of communication and kindness I had experienced.
