Great program for those in need.

I've lived in 2 of their properties managed by Alliance. They are not disabled friendly, I've had former maintenance steal thousands of dollars of carpentry tools from me (was told the name of the worker by management, and was told to not worry because he no longer works with them), management under Jennifer Hawkins, Marleen Smith, and former manager Valerie Foster-Brochu stole $1,637 in rent money from me (I have all cashed checks and housing payment schedules) and they refuse to look at the evidence, allow personal cameras to spy on neighbors (there are already 6 pre-installed security cameras tenants will be recorded on before entering the building (goes against the signed lease, but the excuse is that there is an exemption in the handbook that is not given until after the lease is signed), two brand new apartments gutted due to leaking condensate lines (they are ignoring the flooring in the hall where there is water damage), and so much more. The attitude of management is "It's not our problem, but we will do everything possible to have you removed if you speak up about your legal rights".
