We have stayed numerous times in Anna Maria Island and this property is the best so far! It is very well located - short walk to the beach and also the trolley bus stop. The property itself is ideal for a couple with plenty of space in both the living area and the bedroom. The kitchen has very modern appliances and there is a very useful utility room with washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend this property.

Renting this gorgeous home was the highlight of our summer. Location is so close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. The golf cart included with the rental was a perfect way to move around.

The house itself was being gorgeous. The decoration is phenomenal, kitchen appliances were excellent (two fridges in rye kitchen and another by the garage!Two dishwashers…). We had everything we needed and something else.

The pool had an alarm that we couldn’t figure out and their rental team
Was extremely patient and caring to help us out.

The elevator and the EV charger was also very helpful.

We can’t wait to go back again!

We enjoyed our week at Anchor Splash that we booked with SeaBreeze Vacation. The home was as pictured. We loved the location and the pool. The entire transaction was very easy and they kept in touch by text the entire time. I would definitely book with them again!

The staff at SeaBreeze was able to help us book a spontaneous vacation with only one and a half days notice. Everything was seamless and their rentals even come with the free use of a golf cart so that was one less thing that we had to set up. Our property was Bean Point Retreat which is in a perfect location with lovely beach access, included a pool and hot tub that worked perfectly, and the surprise to us was the rooftop deck, which gave amazing views.

Truly fabulous house across the street from the beach! Plenty of bedrooms. Great kitchen space and well stocked. Pool and hot tub so relaxing. Sea Breeze staff were very responsive for the whole stay. Would love to come back again!

We highly recommend Seabreeze for a rental on Anna Maria Island. From the ease of payment through checkout, there were no issues. Stonehenge is an amazing property that we have booked more than once, and are already planning our next stay there!

Outstanding all around! SeaBreeze is a great place to rent from. We will surely be going back to them for another vacation. House was perfect, pool, dock to fish, short walk to the beach for swimming and fishing. Just around the corner you can walk to restaurants too and of course some ice cream to finish off the perfect weekend! Thanks for making our son's 13th birthday a truly memorable one!

Paradise on the Bay was absolutely perfect and beautiful location. Check in was easy and entrance to the secure property as well. The condo was spacious and very clean. The sunsets were spectacular. I highly recommend Seabreeze Vacations they were friendly and keep me informed of everything. Can’t wait to go back. I would give more stars if possible.
