So basically a trash company I can definitely see why they have a low rating now. Went to re apply through them and it used to be easy with no problems to get in a job but now they make you jump through hoops especially with a resume I
mean oh my God they give you hell if your a year off on a previous job and if the format you used is wrong I mean damn I had no problem at any other temp agency they accepted my resume no problem. I hate to tell you people you are a temp agency it's no like your a a fabulous business where everything has to be perfect. I know I am not the only person who has had trouble with them. Take my advice everyone skip this place!

1.Never answer the phone when you call.2 They will call you when something is available, if you say you can not drop everything and get started they will not give you other options. I stated I was looking for 2nd shift work and had no conflicting appointments for a 2nd shift position. However was Only given day time orientation dates which I could not attend because of a doctor appointment. They called me back after I left a voicemail a day prior stating this information to inform me I was being listed as non hirable and would not be able to find employment through them. Unprofessional and not helpful.

I have personally had nothing but good experiences working with the employees of Cardinal Staffing. I have read many reviews of them not answering phones, but every time I have called and left a voicemail, they have gotten back to me in a timely fashion & are quick to reply via text or email.
They were kind, and extremely organized.

Stay away from this place!!!! I was offered a job on monday after being sent for drug test and spending 4hrs filling out applications and paperwork only to find out on friday that they recinded the job offer due to a felony from 2013 that i told them about up front and put on all paperwork. And said its not our responsibility to notify you that we cancelled the job offer. They never answer their phones or return phone calls, yet when you walk in they are just sitting around gossiping.

I worked for company or 1 year 2 months. got hired in company i now work at. and we are occasionly shut down or layed off and this company(Cardinal staffing) is contesting my unemployment. they owe me a weeks pay for a month now. not only that there coming after me for januarys unemployment people beware!!!! they never sent w-2's neither

Cardinal Staffing in Belvidere IL. On state st. Should be sued or shut down on negligent duties as a Bussiness. What a horrible place, I was supposed to be placed at a job, that i really wanted to work at as ive been without a job for a year and a half. I bought tools and clothes for the job to be ready by mon. Of this week or by today to start work, and come to find out after all the run around with my bank info they wanted and spending money i dont have, they completely forgot about me. Now the position got filled. And now still no work Horrible people at this temp service. Stay Away Folks. Im calling the BBB on there office today. Very Upset no way to handle Bussiness at all. They are not very Bright or very Friendly at all. I knew last week in my gut something was wrong with this place. Shut Them Down Please so no one has to deal with them.

I was working at Magna through them and was told by my supervisor that I was allowed to be on my phone as long as I wasn't working on the line. I was given the phone numbers to the supervisors for my shift and was told to call or text them if I had any issues on the floor and was made to use an app on my phone for scanning parts. A month into the job I was walked out with no warning for being on my phone and when I contacted HR I was told they wouldn't do anything because I can be fired for any time at any reason.
