Affordable, equipped with amenities, friendly, clean and well maintained. As a female solo traveler, safety is a priority. I felt safe throughout my two night stay. The front desk gentleman was very nice, helpful and courteous. I recommend and will be back. Thank you!!

I loved this little hotel. The owner was very nice and genuine. As a single traveler I value safety highly and I was so comfortable here. I had no problems with the room, the TV works and everything was super clean. Not to overshare but I have a phobia of bedbugs and I always thoroughly check every hotel bed I stay in and not only was the mattress bedbug free but it was very clean!!! Literally cleanest mattress at a hotel I’ve seen so far. Bed was comfortable and convenient charging stations next to the bed 🙂

Think Motel 6. Nothing wrong with that, if it is what you are expecting. The sites I saw listed amenities of a spa, breakfast and 24/7 front desk help. None of those are true. I was there for 8 nights. There is a lot of street noise.

Positive: reveled another great location that's off the coastal highway. Negative: Has a retro appearance and its clean looking and very well kept up but I saw maybe just needed to be a little caulking and mirror door rust cleaning work on interior decor

The receptionist was very friendly and nice. The room was clean and it was cleaned daily (I was 12 nights in this location). The location was good in the middle of Santa Maria. Restaurants were nearby. Some homeless people were nearby. Also some noise could be heard from other rooms and from the street but that didn't bother me.
