This venue is perfect! It had almost everything we needed (signs, décor, tables, chairs, ceremony arch, etc) which is extremely helpful. The owners went above and beyond to make sure the planning process and day of went smoothly. I scheduled multiple meetings (too many) at the venue to meet with vendors and so my mom and I could plan. They were very accommodating and put my nerves at ease. The day of rained but they remained calm and positive. The sun ended up coming out right before the ceremony and they wiped everything down and got it all set up so we could have it outside as planned. The barn is very well kept, has great space for both bridal parties/guests and the beautiful grounds had multiple locations for photo opportunities. We cannot thank Ray and Nanette enough for making our day so memorable. I would highly recommend!

The owners are hospitable beyond expectation and communicate quickly and efficiently. We couldn't have been happier with our experience throughout the planning and of course, the day of. C Bar did such an AMAZING job with our wedding. Nanette and Ray go above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience. Ray was onsite the entire day taking care of every need. We unfortunately got married right after the passing of Hurricane Helene and they made sure our day could still happen as scheduled. Not to mention the property is gorgeous and the inside of the barn is perfect for whatever kind of reception you are envisioning.
Being able to get ready AT the venue was an enormous plus as well. Could not recommend them enough. Pics are from our original tour (already gorgeous without any decorations!)

From the moment you turn down the quant path and see the barn it is all breathtaking. Ray and Nanette the owners are amazing and I cannot say enough about how great they are to work with. They helped to ensure our day was organized, easy, carefree and beautiful. We got married at C Bar Ranch on January 16, 2021, and it was the BEST decision ever!!! I highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding. Not only is it a beautiful setting but the owners Ray and Nanette are truly amazing and go above and beyond for you on your big day as well as leading up to it. Our guests are still talking about how awesome our venue was, and you truly don't realize until your wedding day how important the venue is for the memories and the photos! C Bar also has tons of decorations you can borrow that are included in the price of the venue. We could not be happier that we chose C Bar for our wedding!

My husband and I absolutely loved this location for our wedding. The couple who run the ranch are wonderful people. They answered my numerous of questions. And just all around had a pleasant experience. They keep everything in great condition from the building to the grounds themselves. They also have a collection of items you could use to help bring your vision to life (definitely saved some money haha) and it always continues to grow. Their facility is just absolutely amazing and would highly suggest considering C Bar Ranch as an option for your venue!
