First time visitor and we stayed longer than we had planned. Didn't want to leave. Cottage was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub. Too cold out for the pool this time. Breakfast spread was the best we've ever seen. Can't wait to return when the gardens are in full bloom.

I had the most wonderful stay at Sweetwater Branch Inn, what a charming bed and breakfast! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The architecture is stunning and the rooms are beautifully decorated.

The Inn is charming. Breakfast is fabulous. It is home cooked food and everything you could ever want for a meal to start your adventurous day. The staff is very attentive. Rooms are beautiful with lovely antiques. Water coolers are perfect for refilling your bottles. The grounds are gorgeous. Location is a walk away from town and the bike trails. Overall this Inn is the perfect spot to stay when in Gainesville.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sweetwater Inn. My room was extremely clean, and combined a historical feel along with all of the modern conveniences that you could want. The whole property is immaculate and the gardens around the property are absolutely beautiful! The staff was wonderful always greeting you with smile. The food there was delicious and the attention to detail was unbelievable. Overall I had a wonderful stay at the Sweetwater Inn.

We just had our wedding here and we can't say enough amazing things about Sweetwater! The rooms are so unique and cozy. The staff were so willing to work with us on the logistics of the event and were flexible when needed. My guests have been raving about the food at the wedding, saying it's the best wedding food they've ever had. Overall, they helped ensure that the event went off without a hitch, and I'm so glad we chose there to get married.

Really cool place with some history behind it and beautifullandscapes. I loved the property itself and you can tell they take care of it and their guest as well as the friendly staff. The breakfast was decent. Not really a B&B type breakfast, but more like a Holiday Inn Express (which I actually like by the way). I guess I was just expecting something else, but it was still good. Definitely recommend.
