I have had an internet and wifi issue for two weeks. Made 3-4 calls. They adk you your call back number just in case of being disconnected, never call back. I stress to them multiple times I work from home. There suppose to come today. Tech said they will and the office will confirm. No call from office. Tech communicates better than the office. Looking into star link might be worth the money and heard good things especially where I rely on wifi and internet as I do a lot of calling and can't for the last 2 weeks. Simply disgusted.
Follow up, tech was here, thought issue was resolved with interference with an extender. Still having issued and I can't get on the internet and I work from home.
To add, it use up my gigs to my phone cause I have no wifi a good part of the time. My phone and internet on my phone works great at work.
Speed test on breezeline end is not accurate cause I did another one and it showed there wasn't enough download and upload which defines my continuous issues clearly.
It's hasn't been resolved and I can't keep taking time out of my busy schedule to spend hours to continue to find no resolution or sit on the phone.

Run...Run...Run away from this company!! Worse customer service....EVER!! You can call them, but it'll take over an hour to actually talk to a real person. I just called them tonight and after over an hour...someone picked up. After asking them how I can get my Wifi password or at least how can I change it...They said they needed to check on something first...then hung up on me! I've had to call them a few times over the past 2 years and it's always the same thing....no one can help! Good luck logging in online and figuring out how to do anything on that website!! I'd give a negative score if I could. The 4.1 star rating I seen for them is all BS. Check other review sites for them. Check Yelp and it's more in the 1.2 star range!!

UPDATE
Online/phone corporate Breezeline stinks.
BUT I went to the Concord office to return equipment and met Tim. I’ve already left Breezeline, but he was a delight and I recommend not wasting time online or calling, if close to the office, go there, he will help!

Bill just jumped almost $100. Nothing changed. 54 mins on hold to speak to someone. Just saw the autopay on credit card. NOT paying. Robbers.

Everything's fine until your internet goes down and then they say they show up and don't! They don't come out in a timely manner and they make promises they cannot fill and it will test you beyond anything you've ever experienced before! Switching as soon as I'm able! I have never been so frustrated with a company in my entire life! Ticket escalated and still not coming for days! Said they came this morning but actually never showed! All set with freezeline! I had to spend hours and hours on the phone outside my home because I don't have a phone or service! Only use them if you don't need services! Edited to add, we're on day 5, ticket escalated and now it's a weekend so no service, no internet, no phone, no cable! Customer service says they're coming inside my home when the problem is outside the 1st technician said. Who knows how long we'll be without connection to the outside world. We need other services to make Breezeline accountable!

Excellent service, your technician was through in resolving the issues with my cable. It seemed to me that he was an expert in his field and very polite.
Sept 16 24 I was notified of the time he would arrive my scheduled time was from 2:30-4:30.

Customer Service agent was GREAT. problem was being able to get to a human. BIG problem with execution of scheduled payments. Additionally, internet is fairly reasonable cost, TV is prohibitively expensive.
