It’s a great trail to walk. The only downside to the trails is that there is no map so it’s easy to get lost. That creates a guessing game looking for the way back to the parking lot. What turns out to be a regular hike turns out to be to be longer than expected. But besides that trails are kept clean, nice walk to tire out your dog, great views to look at if you observe, and people in bicycles are friendly also aware of where people are going.

Got lost during lunch with a coworker. Had to find our way back by listening to sounds, tracking our footsteps, observing moss on the north side of the trees, and google maps!

Finally rode this, it’s a Fantastic bike trail- had a local friend to lead the ride which helped a lot.

Loop A had some good challenging rooty drops and climbs. A few ramps and bridges. Loops B and C were overall less challenging but very pleasant. Signage was Fairly easy to follow.

This trail is rated from beginner through loop A. However the other loops are intermediate to advanced. Lots of tough climbs and the rocky sections will be most difficult.

Good trails, well maintained. I live in Durban so was keen to try trail running in a different place. Only thing that could be helpful is more signage but it seems most of the trails lead back to starting area.

If you run it’s worth knowing there are bikes out there too and down hill/round corners could be dangerous- good to remain focused and aware!

Glad I have it a go!

Great trail lots of nature but also the place where people in the neighborhood go to shoot their guns after the sun goes down.
