Rachel did an amazing job setting up a 15 day, fun-filled European trip of a lifetime for my husband and I! We traveled to three countries (Italy, Switzerland & France (Paris)) and everything was perfectly planned out. From airplanes, trains rides to & from the hotels and beyond, Rachel provided top notch service & we are beyond grateful for her!

She was thorough, punctual with responses, and so personable! She really listed to our requests & made great recommendations regarding places to stay and exciting unique excursions during the days. We look forward to booking our next trip with her in the near future! 🙂

Rosemary put together an excellent Road Trip for my family! There was something for every family Member to do on this trip, and the itinerary she put together placed our hotel within a few minutes or miles from our intended destinations. Her connections placed us in great hotels (with great views), and each stop was effortless. The process was smooth and easy! Every memory we sought to create was met and more. The best travel agency. They did a Italy trip for us. The travel agent was spectacular in setting up our complete trip. Our 10 day trip was flawless, pick ups were on time, tour and tour guides were knowledgeable and fun, hotels were perfect, food and wine fanatic. Will be using them again.

Unfortunately I cannot speak to the fact if they're a good travel agent or not. I never got the chance. After several messages and multiple phone calls with never an answer, I finally was able to get a hold of them. They sent me an email with instructions on how to start working with them. All I would need to do is send them a $250 non-refundable deposit and hope for the best. Not one answered phone call. Multiple messages left with no response.. no human contact whatsoever, they expected me to trust them with a $250 non-refundable security deposit. Use your own judgment and decide if this is the type of company you want to deal with or not.
