My sister and I had the most wonderful stay here from January 7th to the 13th of this year. The accommodations were lovely and the staff was constantly smart, professional, and fun. We arrived very late from the airport the first night and the desk manager, Sela, quickly got us booked into our room with everything we needed to get comfortable. Both restaurants in the hotel were very fun to try and the food was great. When my sister had an unexpected health crisis, and we had to extend our stay, the staff was amazing while helping us adjust our accommodations and figure out whatever else we needed to manage her needs. We are also grateful to Arturo who helped us late one night understand how to run the heating correctly and another desk manager that was constantly helpful named Jeremy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying here during our future trips to Washington, DC.

I had the pleasure of staying at Arlo for the first time, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The check-in process with Alex was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for a great stay. The hotel’s main level bars and rooftop bar were fantastic spots to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff throughout my stay was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. My room, though quaint, was perfectly furnished and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The late-night happy hour was a great surprise and definitely added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot with great amenities and service!

We had a perfect stay here. The check in process was easy and the staff was professional and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well designed. The water got hot just like I like it. We also were able to use the room credit for a few drinks at the restaurant downstairs. Would recommend. 10/10.

The room was so stylish and cozy, with nice amenities. The fortune cookies were a nice touch and the room was a great use of space. I slept very comfortably and enjoyed the proximity to many museums and restaurants. I enjoyed the bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I'd love to return soon!

I’ve stayed at the Arlo in NYC before so, I figured to give Arlo DC a try while I was in the DC area for the weekend. The hotel, the services, and the rooms were 10/10. The check in process was super smooth as I was greeted by Alex when I entered. He was very welcoming and advised me of also receiving a complimentary drink with my stay. I truly enjoyed how clean the hotel and rooms were. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. I look forward to returning to DC and plan to book another stay as well.

This is a wonderful newer hotel! My fiance and I stayed here for 4 days and we highly enjoyed our stay. We had a minor issue of the floor above us causing a leak into our room and the front desk was quick to respond to the issue. Housekeeping came every day and brought us fresh towels and parking was relatively close by. Only complaint I had is the location is about 20-30 mins away from most memorials/sites to see, but it's easily walkable.

My friend and I did a hard core museum tour for a long weekend and the Arlo location was perfect! We were so so happy with the accommodation. The facility was new and clean. The room and bathroom are a bit smaller than most hotels I stay at, but since we were really just using the room as home base, it was perfectly fine. ||I loved the little touches like the great scent that fille the lobby (it was a huge welcome after the day on the town), the convenient built-in phone charger, the elevators that required hotel card to access (providing security), the view of the city from the rooftop, and the great service and attitude of the staff. ||I think the thing that impressed me most was that we received texts from real humans during our stay, like one inviting us to attend a free comedy event at the hotel that evening as well as texts to just check in on us.||I did have suggestions I gave the hotel about more towel hooks in the bathroom and better communication about the Urban Fee. The fee was a big surprise to us at checkout. There were services we paid for but didn't use because we didn't know we were actually paying for them, so that's something to make sure you understand. ||Overall, I'd recommend and I'd stay there again.

This hotel is so easy to get to and incredibly welcoming once you do! The online registration really expedites the check in process. Austin at the front desk was very accommodating and worked to make my special requests happen. The whole team was attentive and professional.

The rooms are sleek and nicely appointed. The bathrooms also had high quality products for a hotel and all the furnishings looked great.

The gym has a large selection of equipment. This is a great new addition to the DC hotel scene and I will absolutely stay here again.
