South Beach Art Deco Tour is a MUST while visiting South Beach. It is so much more than just learning about architecture. James is a wonderful and engaging guide that tells the history of South Beach and how its history influenced the architecture over the years. Prior to walking around, he gives tips on how to spot this style of design, discusses characteristics and fun facts of historic events and people that influenced changes over the years. He is very passionate and with his entertaining stories, keeps you yearning to learn more. Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it!

We had James for our South Beach Art Deco walking tour. He took us into several beautiful lobbies which we would have normally simply walked past. I like how he started with a brief history recap before we started walking which got us all on the same page. The pace was perfect and will use how to identify Art Deco in the future. Bonus!
