Our vacation was changed due to the wildfires, so we booked through Expedia at All Seasons. First, we couldn't find the place due to no markings. When we finally found it, we were told by the owner, Keith Thomas, that there were no rooms. He stated that the person that ran the hotel had to suddenly leave town. We paid for a room that didn't exist. We talked to the Keystone Hotel and they confirmed that this happened on a weekly basis. We had to file a police report and are currently still in dispute over the charge. This was Aug 27, 2019. This place is a scam!
