This a dream trip to Alaska for my four sons and me and it was absolutely AMAZING! Alaska Tour and Travel was a great place to start since they have access to all of Alaska and we did not have a firm itinerary. It was so nice to see a variety of itineraries as well as various modes of transportation. Previewing the variety of excursions and pricing permitted us to customize our Alaskan Adventure. The staff pulled together all of our itinerary and gave me one detailed bill which was most helpful. When I found a better price on the Flightseeing tour, they honored it without question. It was also nice to not have to mess with tickets as all the excursions and shuttles were under one reservation. They are awesome professionals and we will use them in the future.

We had a fantastic time, and our trip was seamless. All excursions were planned out, and adjusted ahead of booking if needed. All hotels and excursions were taken care of with one price paid in 2 parts before the trip. The only thing we had to worry about was food and drinks, tips for the event hosts, souvenirs, and that’s about it. Every event in our package was fantastic, and our reservations were all taken care of, the whole way. Loved the river rafting and the cruise to see the ocean glaciers and wildlife. You can’t go wrong with this travel company; every step is planned to the T if you want it to be.
(Not part of our package so not in the survey review, but we also went on an ATV ride through areas in Talkeetna (Denise- Wilderness Trail ATV Rides) that was fun and informative talking with Denis about his homestead and encounters with wildlife. I just wanted to give that company a review since we did it off of our planned excursions.

We booked a dream vacation through Alaska Tour and Travel and could not be happier. From start to finish these people are real pros. With their help and several “template” vacations on their website, we designed the perfect trip. This is a full service agency. They cover everything from cruises, to bus tours, rail trips, and driving excursions. As we have always enjoyed car travel, we selected one of their auto adventures, and found everything was first rate. The website presented many choices and you were free to customize as you wanted. It was incredibly detailed but very easy to use. After spending some time there, I really began to feel like I knew Alaska.

I worked with all their staff during the process and found each one was professional and helpful. Together we put together the perfect vacation. When we were ready to book, they did all the leg work. All we had to do was travel to Alaska. Everything had been worked out. Detailed itineraries were emailed ahead. Important instructions were highlighted. This was the easiest vacation I had ever put together. Alaska Tour and Travel continued to be there throughout the trip, ready to assist if needed. At one point I had to reach out to them regarding a hotel issue. They had a solution within hours. Knowing they were watching over us allowed us to relax and enjoy the trip to its fullest. In the end the vacation was more than I ever hoped. We will definitely use them again the next time we travel to Alaska. I would highly recommend Alaska Tour and Travel to anyone considering a trip to that great state. You have nothing but quality here folks!

We were able to customize our vacation to our needs. We toured from Anchorage to Denali to Seward and saw all the sights we wanted to see. We toured on trains, buses, boats, and shuttles with no complications. The entire trip was perfectly coordinated with no anxiety of missing connections. The hotels were all nice and in good locations. This tour company knows what they are doing! We couldn't be happier with our vacation!!
