This was an absolutely amazing place to stay the treehouse was beautiful and comfortable. I love the hot tub and sauna, and the bathrooms were very clean. It was also very useful to have the laundry facilities. This place is near town so very convenient for food and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again. The host was amazing, good communications, and very accommodating.

We hosted a day long board retreat at the lodge & it was the perfect venue! We did yoga upstairs and had a cozy atmosphere to listen to our guest speakers. The kitchen was perfect for being able to prepare a big lunch & the hosts were very accommodating. It’s a beautiful property and I highly recommend booking!

Wonderful stay! Nice open space, comfortable beds and linens. Home feel away from home. Hot tubs and bath house very nice! Very close to local favorites for dining. The cookie jar for breakfast, Ajimi Japanese restaurant is a Gem? and Thai house restaurant downtown was a last minute find…… wonderful and fresh! Definitely staying at Alaskan adventures our next visit!

More than we expected! From moose sightings on the property, spacious yard, excellent home and space for our big family. Very clean, quick response when needed. Easy check in and check outs. Had everything we needed. Perfect location! Close to gas stations, Walmart, Costco and many more. Don’t forget to grab your coffee and pastries at BackWoods Coffee shop! The best in Fairbanks! Nice neighbors who came out when we had a little trouble driving up the road in snow. Lol… We’re from Hawaii so not much experience driving in snow:) You need a AWD vehicle during winter time forsure. Devin and team were awesome! Mahalo Nui Loa (thank you very much) for taking care of us, as it was our first time in Alaska. Recommendations that Devin gave were great! And to top it all off, we were blessed to see the northern lights 2 nights in a row. Huffman Manor is magical! You wanna make amazing memories? Book this place asap!

This was my first time ever traveling to Alaska and I am forever grateful for Alaska Adventure Properties. Devin was our host and my goodness these treehouses is truly the most beautiful experience I’ve done thus far. It’s like fulfilling your inner child while having such an intimate and perfect winter vacation with your partner. I spent my birthday weekend here and I just loved every details about this treehouse. It was warm and had a sense of home as soon as you enter. I am definitely coming back with my partner. We truly had the best time experiencing all of Alaska while being cozy and comfortable at the end of the day.

This place was just perfect for us. It had everything we needed plus extra like hot tubs, saunas, washers and dryers. It also the perfect location away from town. Not in town but everything is just 5-10 minutes away. We also got to the northern lights from our place there!

This property was beautiful and a great place for a large group of people. Plenty of beds, linen and abundant supplies we were grateful for like garbage bags for our exit and a plethora of spices, etc. The yard is a great place for exploring and pics. Close to multiple shopping options, adventures and museums in the Fairbanks area.
Beautiful in its day but it could use a few updates to shower heads and frypans.
The beds were comfortable and we were also grateful for the shades that kept out the light at night.
