Adventure Awaits CrossFit is the best gym community I’ve ever experienced, and there’s been a few. Cathy and Andy are some of the kindest most caring people I’ve ever met! Not to mention extremely knowledgeable people about CrossFit as well as functional movement. This is a rare community that is built on good people trying to better themselves and eachother everyday. If you have ever wanted to join a class structure workout program just do it! You won’t regret it, and every single movement is able to be modified to your abilities. This community and these people are truly special and I’m grateful to be a part of it!

This isn't just a gym. It's a community. We may come for fitness, but it's so much more than that. Adventure Awaits has become another family for me. The encouragement while lifting that next personal best or pushing through a tough workout also extends to the tough moments of life. You know your crew will ask where you've been when you miss a workout, and when you're struggling, they'll be there to encourage you in that too, even if it has nothing to do with the workout. Cathy and Andy have created an amazing culture that's more than just a gym. If you want to go where "everyone knows your name", this is the place. You are important here. Andy and Cathy are so welcoming. They have created more than just a gym. The athletes create such an uplifting environment, never making you feel embarrassed or out of place. I come for the workout, but stay for the company. The atmosphere of Adventure Awaits is unlike any other gym. Everyone greets you with a smile on their face and encourages you to do your best.

Adventure Awaits CrossFit Gym is a place to explore your Athletic ability & achieve things you never sought possible; The owners are extremely helpful to help you reach goals & start feeling amazing again. They are also athletes themselves. The coaches at this facility are some of the best out there, guiding in the know how of proper techniques & (form) of every movement, as to get better & better as time goes on. The fellow Athletes have a way of being there in the best "journey" of your life; We all play a part at helping one another to belong in a place that not only becomes your best, but also is for sure a "Lifestyle," to keep moving longer. Did two days of drop-ins at Adventure Awaits. Talk about an amazing setup - this is their new location and it is extremely spacious and very well equipped. The coaches are great and I had several emails back and forth with Cathy the owner who was absolutely lovely. The two workouts I did were hard and just what I needed just before christmas. Definitely will be dropping in again when I am in the area.

Adventure Awaits is an amazing Crossfit gym that provides a great space and a very clean gym. The coaching staff is very knowledgable and helpful to all ages and abilities. The owners are very accommodating and provide all top notch equipment and even a cold plunge tub to aid in recovery. Multiple class times are offered to accommodate any schedule.

Dropped in from CA. Prior to my trip I researched CrossFit gyms to ensure I had a place to exercise while on vacation. Cathy and Andy were very responsive via email. When I arrived, the coach teaching the class that morning knew I was coming so the waiver signing and intros were smooth right before class started. The gym was clean, spacious and I really appreciated that after each workout the expectation was to wipe down the equipment you used with cleaning solution strategically placed around each station. I had the pleasure of attending classes with Coach Leah and Coach Andy and they are on it! It was evident that their main focus was technique! Love that! This gym is unmatched and superior to many other gyms in the area, and its filled with the best people. A must stop if your a tourist and you like working out or just want to try something new. If your a local looking for a new stop to continue or start your fitness journey, you will feel so welcomed by the community of athletes (the members). No judgment, just kindness!
