I am an AAA memebr till today. My vehicle had a breakdown. They recommended this AAA repair center. I was told by Bill, who happens to be the manager, that I had 4 crack HVAC hoses on my vehicle. The cost of the repairs would be $1,954.14. I approved for them to do the repairs. I called back later to ask if they started working on the vehicle, and I was told no, they were still waiting on the parts to get in. I asked if they could cancel the approval to do the repairs to get a second opinion. I was told by the representative who answered the call that I still have to pay for the diagnostic test, which I was fully aware of. He stated Bill had left for the day and would have him to call me first thing in the morning. I asked why I needed to speak to Bill. I just want to cancel. I was okay. When are u going to pick it up? It was due to the time I had to wait till the morning to pick up the vehicle. I made it to the location as soon as it was open. I spoke with Bill and told him I was here to pay the diagnostic and pick my vehicle up. He charged me the diagnostic fee that had me sign to receipts. I was walking out the door, and I noticed that the diagnostic report wasn't listed on any of the paperwork. I asked Bill for the report. He say "oh here you go." How do you forget to provide the report? This is what I paid for. At the end of the day, I took my vehicle for a 2nd opinion and was told there was one crack line cap needed to replace that only cost me $240, not $1,914.54. I went back and asked why they were trying to overcharge me. Bill responded very nonchalant, " Well, I told my staff that if the other line and the back were not broken, then take it off," which is not what he told me to begin with. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I will be following up with other agencies, Illinois Attorney General, BACP, and BBB, to file a complaint in hopes that this doesn't happen to anyone else. This place doesn't deserve any stars for review.

Worst car trouble experience I've ever had in my 40 years dealing with this establishment. I had a flat tire and a spare at home, so I got my car towed there. They persistently kept trying to make me buy a $300 tire. I told them that I'll be bringing the spare in later that day which I did and then they proceeded to tell me that they could not put it on for 2 days because they were busy. But if I had bought a new tire they would have had it on that day! Not nice. Don't go!

Unfortunately my Dad insisted on going to this place for one of his windshield wiper motors going out. Not only did they quote him a price of 1000.00! They held his car for almost a week after telling us they had started and did NO WORK! Luckily we were able to cancel the appointment and pick the car up. Horrible service and NO REGARD or CONSIDERATION to anyone else’s time. From reading the comments it seems AAA TRIPLES the price to whatever they diagnose!!! Will not be back I’m glad I can advocate for my Dad or he could have been easily been RIPPED OFF for the second time! This has been one of the WORST experiences I will be complaining and reporting to BBB!

I saw the reviews after I had my car taken here and most were bad. My experience was that they only did the work that was needed which was a new clamp for my cooling system. Car works great again and I was only without a car for about 2 days. Happy Customer

Aaron was the worse agent. Never would inform me of any changes with my policy. Didn’t return phone calls. Always made excuses that it was someone else fault. My policy is now messed up and he is now gone. I spoke with a lady name Rhonda and she has a very smart mouth i stated that I had problems with Aaron and needed help with correcting my policy. She kept saying I don’t know why this is like that which up set me more then to find out it’s because she is not an agent. Why not just state that you are limited to the things you can do. Omg this has been the worse company. I have tried to changes locations and it’s been the hardest. I think I might just go back to my old company.

Need international driver's permit and the took pictures on locations and issued permit within 15 minutes. This locaton alao stays open till 6 PM while other locations close at 5
