Booked a TPC Sawgrass package with Sports Traveler. First time ever trying something like this. Let’s just say this will now be an annual trip/event for my wife and I with Sports Traveler. Our biggest responsibility during the trip.. show up on time! Michael Wolff was always available to answer any questions and/or provide needed information. Sports Traveler made this trip so simple by handling all the details. Is it next year yet…?!

This was our first time using Sports Traveler for our 2025 Daytona 500 trip. It was a great experience with no complaints. Starting with the booking received a follow up call from Michael to thank me for booking and if I had any questions.Next were the credentials received by Fed Ex on time.
Once my son and I arrived in Daytona to the hotel (on the beach side) wonderful accommodations we settled in for the weekend events.
Transportation was provided to and from the track for Saturday and Sunday which was a plus .
An event this big there’s always traffic and parking issues which we didn’t have to deal with. Bruce our driver got everyone to the track safe and on time.
Heather of 5 Star Adventures accompanied us on our trip and offered helpful advice on how to navigate the speedway.
Planning on using Sports Traveler for our 2026 Indy trip.

Had a fantastic time at the Player's Championship. It's not often that these experiences meet all expectations, this one did. The organization and support from our Sports Traveler representative (Michael) was outstanding.

Absolutely fabulous!
I researched ways to enjoy the Rose Parade and stumbled upon Sports Traveler. I almost skipped them because I wasn’t interested in going to the Rose Bowl college football game and the company name threw me off. But I’m sooo happy I gave the website a quick read because it was an incredible experience.
Going to the Rose Parade has been on my mom’s bucket list for at least a couple of decades. She’s in her late 70’s and has some mobility challenges, not to mention my disdain with driving in LA… so I was weary of blindly buying tickets for a seat in the grandstands. I wanted to see if there was a tour group that did it for me. Sports Traveler did that and exponentially more!
They offered a handful of travel packages depending on your needs/wishes: some included the game, some didn’t, you could stay at the hotel for 2, 3 or 4 nights (maybe even more but we live close to LA so only needed to 2 night stay), you could choose to include flights or not. What I’m trying to convey is that they most likely can tailor your experience to your needs if you provide good communication.
Our tour guide, Michael, was top notch! From the personal phone call introducing himself before the trip and ensuring we received our package with all our necessary tickets, to a warm greeting the morning of the parade, to wrangling all of us on the bus, to the beautiful lunch after the parade, to saying hello and checking in with us at the Float Fest, to wrapping up and wishing us well… we felt extremely well cared for.
The tour might look expensive at first glance, but I promise you it’s worth every penny!

From start to finish we had a great time. Everything ran smoothly and well communicated. We booked our own flights and just provided the flight info to ST and drivers were waiting. Too bad the Cowboys lost but it was still an experiance. We had local friends also fly down and meet us there. A check off on my bucket list. We did the tour too but unfortunately they were setting up for the Tyson fight so the field was rolled up. I guess that’s an excuse to go and try again 😊 so yes I was very satisfied with Sports Traveler!

We travelled from the UK for The Players Championship at Sawgrass and used Sports Traveler for the US package. The booking process with them was excellent and they were happy to quote various options for us until we agreed the final package. Pre-event communication was excellent. Upon arrival, we were met by the local rep, Michael Wolff. He was excellent in providing all the relevant information for attending the event and made sure we were happy - an excellent host. Everything worked perfectly and we were delighted with our trip and pleased we choose Sports Traveler for this. We would happily use them again for any future sports events in the US.

The experience with Sports Traveler was exceptional, from the very beginning (booking on line) to the very end (end of the race). We came from Australia to see Daytona 500 with them and we couldn't be happier. Mike and Michael gave us full support and attention along this journey. Everything was organised to perfection - hotels, tickets, tranfers. Michael was present at the hotel and he answered to all our questions. He is very friendly and passionate about his job. Mike was always (ALWAYS) just a call away. We highly recommend their services.

Having been to The Masters 2024 through Premier Golf, I was somewhat hesitant to commit to a company I have never heard of. However the Sports Traveler (Michael Wolff) package for the 2025 The Players Championship met and exceeded all expectations ! Michael’s attention to detail and prompt responses made the trip memorable. So much so we are committing to Sports Traveler for the 2026 The Players Championship. Additionally the transportation services they use, either from the airport or toTPC Sawgrass, were first class. After reviewing the catalog of events from Sports Traveler we are considering other adventures with them. Well Done Sports Traveler.
