Stopped in to get passport photos taken on a Wednesday afternoon. The wait was short and the staff very friendly. In and out in 15 minutes with our photos. Great service!

Super friendly staff and very helpful. Stopped to get passport photos and staff was more concerned with the photo than I was, good thing as my wife said I looked like someone popped a balloon behind me. Quick service and even offered to help plan our next trip.

AAA is absolutely useless. I'm stuck on the highway, they leave me on hold. Finally pick up tell me service will be here in 1 hour. 1 hour goes by and they call me to say there is no Techs available to help me. What is the point of AAA if you're stranded on the highway in the middle of the night and they can't help you? Absolutely useless garbage company

Something happened to my truck on one of the coldest, most windy days so far and I called AAA for help. Turns out it was their first day with a new computer system for calls near them. The computer said I would wait for 3 hours but the nearest technician was there in 15 minutes! Guess the new system might be a keeper.
My technician was fast friendly and even gave me some suggestions for what to do. Thank you so much for the help. As always AAA is great to work with. Thank you so very much for the rescue. 🙏🙏

Long story made short, I waited over two hours for service only to be eventually told the service "came and left" because they couldn't find me, which is nonsense. AAA offered to put in another call, which would have been probably ANOTHER hour or more.

The money I have wasted on this membership I could have used to start my own lucrative business that also doesn't get cars unlocked for people in need.

Customer service was nice and apologetic, but the job of roadside assistance is to *help* and since I received no help, I must give 1 star.

Other information of note: Their website is terribly clunky and hasn't been updated in years.

We have had AAA for years and fortunately haven't had to use it... Until today. I decided to take advantagw of the beautiful day and take the kiddos for a hike through the woods. Upon our return we discovered that the van wouldn't start. My fiancee came down to try to jump it to no avail. Called AAA and the woman I spoke with waa very pleasant and professional. We received multiple phone calls to update us on the status of the driver as he was at another call. We ended up having to wait a bit but u understandably so. They kept in contact through the duration which was really nice. When the tow driver got there (christian) he was very helpful and went above and beyond. Confirmed it was the starter and tried to see if he could get it fixed for us. Towed it home for us and did an exceptional job putting it in the precise spot we wanted it. That man deserves a raise. Very satisfied with the service we received throughout the ordeal and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you AAA!!

I went to use the free shedding service, which was awesome in itself, quick ,easy and friendly. The gentleman directing through the shredding line suggested we stop in at the AAA office and tell them we wanted a "goodie bag." We got a small carry all with coffee mugs for both of us and pens, a notepad, etc. The people inside were very helpful and respectful of our time. Last but not least, we spotted some luggage on sale with good member pricing and a couple with very good clearance prices. We have beat the old luggage to pieces, making this a timely opportunity. I tend to treat my AAA membership as roadside emergency service, when in actuality, they offer a lot of services and are staffed with very friendly helpful people.

car wouldn’t start with a jump, so i called and requested a tow. was told it would be about an hour (which is much sooner than I was expecting). when James got there, he was kind, super knowledgeable, and really fast! he tried jumping the car and it worked first time! he even made sure my car didn’t stop randomly down the road. literally a lifesaver, thank you James!
