Had a pretty bad experience with Tommy, our bus driver. First of all, the bus was extremely hot and he couldn’t figure out how to use the AC. It was almost freezing outside but on the bus it was so hot that I felt like I was going to pass out. Second of all, when we got to Wildlife Conservation Center, he didn’t give us a clear time to get back, and when we did get back late (because we had no idea what time to be back or where he’d be because he was unclear) he was so upset and loudly complained about us over and over. He kept saying “oh it was two ladies who kept us up, it’s their fault we’re gonna miss the boat tour, you know how ladies are!” It was so rude and excessive. When we stopped at the next gift shop he told everyone as they were getting off the boat “sorry it was those two ladies, that’s why we have to wait for the next boat tour!” I couldn’t believe how upset he was and that he openly ridiculed us over and over again. Next time Tommy, if you’re on a tight schedule, maybe let that be known and say a clear time that people need to be back. Thanks!

Just got cut off by one of their vans while they were running a red light. I was then cut off a second time when the van decided to get into the left lane the woman driving it is very old with gray hair and glasses you might want to reconsider her license and her job. The phone number to this place does not work so I will leave my review here.

We had a young kid as a tour guide who was very rude to some other people on the bus with us. It seems like a pretty poorly ran operation.
