I went to this postal service office on a Saturday. Thankfully it was open as I had to mail a very important package. The young lady that was working at the front desk may have not been happy to be at work. She was somewhat rude and disrespectful to a customer. She didn’t greet the customers and did not make hardly any eye contact. She made the customers feel like they were interrupting her day and that we were making her do her job. I wish the customer service was better at a place where people will visit frequently. Please provide the young lady who sits at the counter that’s closer to the entrance some additional public service training. She may get an increase if her customers service skills are better.

Very professional well run post office. Everyone here has always been very patient and helpful. We need the post office and this location is a great example of how it can be a good experience.
