I booked a 1 king bed guest room for 3 nights while attending a convention at the Baird center. I chose this hotel primarily due to its unique art deco style.||The king bed room is a double-size room and offers an incredible amount of space. The bathroom and shower cabin are also quite big for a solo traveller. The bed was very comfortable but the corner sofa and the chair were a bit stiff (think springs rather than upholstery). ||There's a convenient waist-high table in the room's entrance to put your things on when you prepare to go out or after you come back, and a wide bench next to the bed to comfortably put on/remove your shoes.||Housekeeping was excellent. Everything was well cleaned, the towels and water bottles were refreshed every day.||I ordered room service breakfast one early morning and it was promptly delivered within 20 minutes. However, I found the food was just average. The next day, I ordered and picked-up breakfast from resturant Brunch located 400 feet from the hotel. It offers a larger and better food selection for the same or lower prices. ||The mini-bar's snacks and drinks came in handy in the evenings because the only nearby convenience store closes at 7 PM. The mini-bar included a nice variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Getting food delivered to the hotel through Uber Eats or Door Dash is also easy as there is a fair amount of restaurants within driving distance.||The Wi-Fi average speed was between 50 to 60 Mbps and it was very reliable. I watched a lot of live streaming during my stay and did not have any connection or lag issues.||Self-Check out was available and a copy of the bill / charge folio was automatically sent by email.

My staycation was everything I wanted it to be! From the Valet parking (Greg and Loni) were so kind. Brandon the guest host was very professional. He provided top tier service. I will definitely be back! The ladies and I have officially declared the hotel and restaurant as our designated spot for ladies night!

We had a great experience from beginning to end. We were able to pull up in front and leave the car for the very friendly valet. The check in was quick and easy and the desk agent was great and dressed very nicely too. Our room was beautiful and huge. It’s really a suite. The shower was large and very nice. We had a wonderful breakfast at Oggies and the server (Megan) was excellent.

This boutique hotel was exceptional! I stayed in the presidential suite. I loved relaxing on the sofa in front of the fire place. The room was elegant, comfortable and had great amenities. The bar and the restaurant onsite was a plus. I would definitely pick this hotel again in the future.

Loni with Valet provides excellent customer service and is authentically kind. The hotel is in a great location downtown. My car is safe in their hands and it is always a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near a really great salon, Scottsfree Salon, which i go to and utilize Hotel Metro Valet. Thank you and highly recommend.

George was great. Very personable and great at his job! Best valet I’ve ever experienced. He remembered my name and car from the night before and it was an extremely busy night. When I came down the next morning, he already had my car pulled up and carried my bag to the trunk since I wasn’t ready to leave yet.
