Room (2 bedroom) was amazing. Spacious, great living room and kitchen area. Can't stress enough how great the room was. Nice breakfast, excellent staff. Clean. Smallest pool I've ever seen, and no hot tub as seen on some older pics on other travel sites. Pool was still a lot of fun for our family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Would 100 million percent stay here again.

All of the staff here are unbelievably welcoming and kind and treat you with tender loving care. I can’t say enough good things about them and the hotel. It’s exceptionally clean and warm and inviting. They have all the amenities to make your stay very comfortable. And it’s in a great location. Lots of fun places and yummy restaurants within walking distance 😀

Very nice hotel!!! Rooms are spacious and warm. Pool is a little small but it is what it is. Breakfast could have been better. No eggs biscuits were hard and the sausage gravy was not to par. But my family loved it and will try to be back!!

This is awesome!!! I loved the kitchen area!! They have a full-size fridge with an ice maker!!! Dishwasher, a huge microwave and a stove top. The beds are comfy!!! The bathroom is top-notch. The pool is on the smaller side. The fitness area is 24/7. Breakfast is so good with the French toast. If they had eggs and apple juice, I would have been in 7th heaven!!! In my opinion, it's pricey, but i can see why. Definitely would like to come back.

The hotel failed to have me sign a pet waiver for my extended stay until two days before I checked out. Despite their mistake, they charged me a $100 pet fee for those two days (full price would’ve been $600 for 3 months) , even though the oversight was on their part, not mine. They said they would give me a refund and never did! no one has bothered to contact me. What’s managements response?

Would've been a wonderful place if they had cleaned the room. Update talked to the manager today. All she did was try to down play my concerns and told me if I want any kind of refund that I would have to not post about my stay. That she has given to many refunds and people still posted about their misfortunes. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN!!!!!!!!

The facility was VERY clean, and they were very accommodating. HIGHELY RECOMMEND! The Lake Geneva Lions Club felt welcomed and appreciated their recommendations and hospitality.

We stayed here for a night after exploring Sheboygan. It was great for a family one-night stay if you want a minimal, above-average hotel that is spacious to spread out and meets your family needs this is the spot. |They had a decent breakfast for the hotel, waffles are the bomb! I would highly recommend that management take some time or a team to just deep clean the rooms and spaces. Like scrub the various stains, and wear on doorframes, and walls at least once a month if possible. That would make this hotel very clean, versus just being clean. ||Greats: spacious and huge hotel rooms for families! |Location, 3 minutes from the Deland Park/beach and downtown, riverfront neighborhood. It’s so central and walkable. ||Good: beds and pillows were comfy, coffee and various teas all day, and the soap and shampoo brand they have smells great and is different than what you normally see. ||Bad: various random stains on sheets, and towels which no one wants to see. Charge for toothbrushes and toothpaste, which are nothing special. ||I would stay again with my young family of 5 if in the area again.
