I've had BBQ Co st many catered weddings over the years - always great brisket! We had the brisket and Mac & cheese.

The plain Mac has a great smokey flavor and I'm eager to try the other style!

The restaurant is pretty small but I believe the own said they are expanding.

Worth the drive if you're in the area!

Delicious BBQ! The Ribs are a must, the Spicy Beans and Brisket were my favorite side dish, but I had dreams about the Chipotle and Bacon Mac N cheese. Portion sizes are very generous for the price. Location is a little bit off from Holy Hill, but I would say it's worth going a little out of the way for. Dish was beautifully prepared, the presentation was appetizing, and I cannot wait to order from this location again soon!

Amazing food owner was very friendly! Got to talk with him for a bit and my kid doesn't eat much but tonight he ordered half a slab of ribs and demolished them! Bentley says thank you for the great food and also for the brownie!!

This maybe the hidden gem your looking for! Food was amazing! Had the Jr Sampler and my husband had the 3 meat. We both had brisket, and my husband had chicken and pork as well(I tried all). For sides we both did Chipotle bacon mac for 1 and then I had the elote and he had the sweet apple pie baked beans. Every single one was so delicious!!!! Definitely revisiting amd we both took catering menus to give to our employers 😀

We were not disappointed with everything we ordered. Everything was made fresh and tasty. Meat was so tender and juice. My kids truly enjoyed their beans and coleslaw, too. Plenty of parking. A must try if you're in the neighborhood and are looking for BBQ.

Bread pudding (owner recommended it) had mold all over it. Didn’t see until we got home and after we ate a pulled pork sandwich. Lucky we didn’t take a bite of the mold, turned my stomach just looking at it!

Best burger in the Hartford area hands down. Been coming here more and more often and it never dissapoints. Other barbecue items are great also. Stop in, you cant go wrong

soooo good! 🤤 husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner and to say the least were definitely making this a more frequent spot! we got the pulled pork sandwich and the brisket, the Mac is a must. the service was fantastic too, very knowledgeable and accommodating!
