Solid professional. Jim did a good job helping us to determine the price for our cabin. After it was listed he communicated quickly on questions and follow up on showings. He was also willing to drive to the property and help resolve issues.

Good communication . Jim was great about communicating with us. Anytime we had a question and sent him a text, he would respond right away. If he was in a meeting, he usually texted that he was in a meeting, and then he'd call or text when finished, even if he was out of town. Always got back with us quickly or answered the phone right away.

Jim is AWESOME! Jim listed and sold our cabin just outside of Danbury, WI this fall (fall 2024). We loved working with him. He has extensive market knowledge, and was really a super nice person and great to work with. He was always very responsive. We were out of state a lot during the listing, sale and closing period, and Jim handled everything - even things that most realtors wouldn't do. We highly recommend Jim.

I had a 10/10 experience with Jim Tinman. I explained my situation to him and he took a bunch of time to advise me on the property I had, the local market and what I can expect with a sale price and sales time. When I was ready to sell, having been less than impressed with some of the other agents in the area, I decided to work with Jim.

He was friendly and patient with my situation and his responsiveness was great. All around great communicator and kept me in the loop throughout the transaction. If he didn't know the answer, he would find out and let me know. Really great guy and I recommend anyone who is looking to sell or buy to reach out to him. I have worked with a decent amount of agents in the past and he provided one of the better experiences I have had. Again, 10/10 experience

Jim found the right buyer for an unusual property. Jim was fantastic to work with. He always seemed available to take my calls or got back to me quickly.
