Great location for our motorcycling riding. Our group booked 5 nights here. Rooms were clean and comfortable and a plus to the first floor rooms was the access to both hallway and outside (two doors). Staff was friendly, breakfast was available and the normal for hotels, parking sufficient, and enough covered area to secure bikes. Our group had a great time.||Also full service restaurant across the parking lot was a big plus! Saved riding somewhere to eat after a full day of local riding.

Great hotel! The wife, kids, and I stayed here during a road trip, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lobby, parking lot, gym , and room were all clean, and the service was warm and friendly. A wide selection for breakfast too. We'd stay here again the the next time we're in North AR!

My wife and I stayed 1 night in August 2024. We chose a room on the third floor during the reservation. Parking was plentiful and the location was easy to get to.
The only issue we had was the check in. We used the hotel app to check in before arriving and received a confirmation that the room was ready and we just needed to go right to the room and use the digital key, bypassing the front desk. We walked up the 3 flights of stairs (by choice, there is an elevator) and of course, the digital key doesn’t work. Note to others…always stop at the front desk to check in! Down to the desk we go and the young lady apologized for the issue, fixed the issue and all was well.
Breakfast was very good with the usual waffle makers, eggs, sausage and potatoes. What was a first for us was they had hard boiled eggs still in the shell.
The room was spacious and clean and the vanity was extra tall. The shower head was way above my head to my delight. I’m rather tall and usually shower heads are below my eye level. The shampoo, conditioner and gel were in squeeze bottles fastened to the long wall of the tub surround. I would’ve put them on the back wall of the surround as I bumped into them while showering. No biggee.
Checkout was fast, we used points for the stay.
When in the area again, we would stay here.

We have stayed at this hotel countless times when we come to Harrison AR and always have a good experience. |Mary at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is usually well stocked. The outside of the hotel is clean and well maintained. |I see where some people have commented on the room or carpet being old and tired looking. The carpet might be a little tired looking but that will not stop us from staying here. The clean rooms and friendly staff that means a lot.

Very nice hotel, clean and stocked and most importantly would like to give a shout out to Jay the front desk guy was awesome and went above and beyond. He made us feel welcome and was very helpful.

This was our first visit. We would definitely stay again. As someone who travels alone at times, I would feel safe staying here solo.

*Shout out to employee JAEL. She was SUPER, SUPER friendly and just a pleasant, cheery person. She was so welcoming and explained everything we needed to know so efficiently. Very knowledgeable of hotel and surrounding area.

*The pool was closed but they clearly noted that on their website! It was not a problem for us because we knew at booking it was closed. If anyone has commented negative about that, it's their own fault because it was in plain view when you booked that it was down for maintenance.
