We stayed here for two days! Checking in was easy and the front desk staff were kind and very helpful! Our room was very nice, the bed was so comfy, I could’ve stayed here all day. They were clean, smelled good, the house keeping staff gets a gold star!! Location was great, right in the middle of some amazing food and only 35 minutes to Branson. I definitely recommend!

Paid for a king bed room and got put in a double queen room on the 3rd floor because we had a pet. We had been in the room less than an hour after carrying everything to our room. Found a bed bug in the bed!! Room 318. Called to report it and was told by the attendant that it was a arkansas tick while my husband was showing him a picture of a bed bug on his phone. We left immediately and found another hotel. We will never be back!! Spoke with another couple staying and they had roaches in their room.

Rooms WERE NOT remolded in '23, as stated. If they were, they need a refund. Good water pressure & temp. Internet is non existent. Lots of trash, (cigarette butts, beer cans & broken liquor bottles) as soon as you step out of your room. Like being in a run down trailer park.

Checked in Sept 20 and left at 9:45 am on Sept 21.The clerk asked for my AAA card to get a discount on the room rate in addition to a senior rate, I told him that I was also a member. When I checked out and had to ask get my statement. My total for one night was $108.21. No discount for senior rate or AAA. The general manager lied telling me I saved $10 which is not true. I believe his name is R. Patel. On the website the highest rate is $72. I believe the manager prepared a different to cheat me from a fair price and different than my check in. The room had a nice bed however the sink was disgusting, it had brown in sink that could not be removed and sink is nasty and needs to me replaced. I have been staying at Days Inn in Harrison for many years but Will not stay again. Very disappointing.

This was the most disgusting room I've ever seen. There was mold throughout the room and literal toenail clippings between the fridge and bench beneath the mirror. They refused to give a refund and stated that we were in the room for 30 minutes and watched the TV. Which is a lie we left as soon as we saw how disgusting it was.

Loved my stay. People at counter were amazing , room service was great . Pool was clean. I recommend it, i find the guest were quite yet disrespectful to the hotel by putting trash on ground, yet hotel took care of it. Kind people and i was blessed to be there.

We asked for a smoking room but what I didn't expect was to open the door and be hit with the smell of cigarette smoke odor. It was obvious the room was not cleaned. There was no towels except 2 hand towels. We couldn't take a shower cause didn't have a towel to dry off with. The construction crew staying there was very loud at 5am. No respect for anyone else sleeping. The room had flies everywhere. There was a small coffee pot but no coffee and no sugar and no cups. The only tp that was in there was what was left on the roll. No extra. We barely slept as well. The owners do not care about this property at all. If they did their rooms would be top notch with amenities and cleanliness. I would be embarrassed and ashamed to be employeed by this hotel. I woke up to bed bug bites all over me and over heard another guest outside complaining about being ate alive by bed bugs. They do not treat their rooms for bed bug infestation at all. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS HOTEL AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EITHER. THE WORST $100 IVE EVER SPENT ON A PLACE TO SLEEP. IT IS POINTLESS TO ASK FOR A REFUND FROM THESE PEOPLE CAUSE THEY SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH THEIR PROPERTY AT ALL. ON THE OUTSIDE IT LOOKS DECENT BUT LOOKS ARE VERY DECEIVING. I WOULDNT EVEN RATE THIS HOTEL A 1 STAR ITS THAT BAD.
