I think the current staff needs to go get people in there that are not burned out. Room for improvement with better attitudes. I asked about using their wifi for guest and a older man with hearing problems said they ban people from using it he said someone was using it did something wrong whatever that be so they ban the public from using it he got angry rude towards me like he was putting that person face on me. What if a homeless person had phone couldn't afford service needed to use wifi to check on jobs or rentals I do not think all people down on their luck should not be punished over what one individual allegedly did wrong. One time I ask for umbrella they had free umbrellas they hand me one with holes in it. Another time I ask if they could help with one night help with motel the old man half deaf said they only help if temp is 32 degrees he said no to my request and that night it was 31 degrees lol ? room for improvement.

These ladies are doing amazing things for Mothers & their children. This is a great program to help them get back on their feet. Christmas is a great time to help puts some gifts under their tree. There about 8-10 families that can use any help.

William Tollett is rude, does not work well with others. It’s his way or no way. Shirley is a great help when she doesn’t get shut down by the William. This place would probably be able to help more people if they had a new director that was more friendly and worked with landlords better! If I could give William negative stars I would!

Response: As I have worked with HOH in the past multiple times, I'm fully aware of the requirements in which are stated. You ask the client to provide a lease agreement before payment can be issued. But you can't provide the information as to if you can or can not assist with said amount. We email HOH the amount in which the client needs assistance with. As discussed previously we provide the lease agreement, we simply ask for a promissory letter that states you are willing/able to assist with payment before we put the client into a legally binding year lease contract. Once we receive that letter we then issue the lease agreement to you and wait for the payment. The last time we had no issue with this as long as William was not involved. We even waited a little over 3 weeks for the payment. If you aren't able/willing to approve a client for assistance then inform them of this, and they can look for other routes of assistance before getting into said lease contract, and this wouldn't be an issue. But until the Client Services Supervisor can do the job they are asked to do without overlook of micromanagement then we are at an impasse. I fully try to help those who need the assistance, I've worked with many companies and churches in this area to provide assistance and will always provide any and all information required or needed.
To those who have worked there and who have helped me assist those needing a new start I thank you. And I guarantee the client thanks you.
