Overnight parking on the road. Check-in was ok. The only problem is the red neck lady who checked me in @530 am acts as if I came to her house and disturbed her. Also, the loading guy just came out and expects me to read his mind, shouting move move up. It's a miserable lot it seems to be working there 2/12/25

Signs make it pretty easy to find where you need to be. Delivered here and was in and out in about 30 minutes. They break the seal and open the door from inside when you bump the dock. The guys in the receiving office were really easy going too.

Before I sign paperwork I must see the seal and it my personal policy to circle and initial the seal number on the shippers copy.
This protects me and shows I did my job.
The shipper the day I went gave me a hard time about seeing the seal.
He said "I've checked it."
Finally he let me see it and yes it matched.
No reason to be like that I was polite and my request was reasonable.

This Place is Truck accessible for delivery purposes. We deliver here always.

Very little storage. They basically feed the line off the trucks. If they get you in, it's fine. But if the line stops, you'll sit for hours. And hours. And the trucks keep coming.

4 hour wait yesterday for a computer problem. 12 hours a few months ago after a breakdown on the line.

There was a little confusion about what door i needed to be in cause a couple were broken but i dont know what these guys are talkin about 7 hr wait. I got there 30 min b4 my appt and was gone in an hour and a half even with 2 doors broken. I delivered

There wasn't anyone else here for them to unload once we docked. The unloading time was okay. We were told we'd be unloaded quickly, but they took almost 45 minutes to finally start unloading after we docked. Then they took another 45 minutes to unload us. The experience wasn't what we expected but it wasn't bad either.
