This place is very affordable and has better quality appliances that most apartments i’ve lived in the area. The washer/dryer combo not so much, it was very small and needed daily laundry loads and had a bunch of issues all the time… but the rest was good. It was surprisingly quiet where i lived along the street on the bottom floor. You can hear the church bells ring in the morning and throughout the day. Really pretty especially when the holidays come around and you hear the christmas bells play. They allowed pets which was nice. I never had many issues here. I didn’t think living downtown would be good but this is actually one of my top fav places I’ve lived! Some of the neighbors were questionable, but I suppose you have that anywhere. It was great. I miss this place! The studio is perfect for 1 or 2 people with very small pets.
