Convenient hotel and nice location staff was helpful in guests services. Could have more sound proof rooms the interstate noise from traffic was all night long. Otherwise great stay and would be asking for a room away from traffic noise. That would be best if someone is a light sleeper.

Everytime I stay at the hotel, whenever I first enter the front entrance that staff is alway nice and friendly. They always have a smile on their face. They never say anything negative. It is always fast checking in. Anytime that any addition items are needed, for example additional bath towels and washclothes, they immediatly get them for me. The staff that cleans the rooms are extremely nice and also if there is anything needed like the previously stated exampled, they always get the items. There is never no negativity in the previously stated.

We stayed here a few weeks ago and I gave it all 100%.staff was amazing.room was great!!! This time..not so much. The man that checked me in,wasn't very friendly. Our shower curtain had mold on it. The toilet seat kid was off on one side, my husband fixed it. Just not the same experience

Was there for a celebration of life/funeral.
Staff was great. Location is directly off 81. Food (especially the fried chicken)
was fantastic.
We were there for several hours, staff kept ice ready, fresh teas, and soda bar stocked.

I didn't see rooms, but would stay just based on staff.

Business trip arriving late and leaving early the next morning. Restaurant in the hotel was good, fairly priced, and convenient. Front desk and restaurant service was friendly and quick. Room was clean and comfortable, but it has been a while since it was renovated.

We always stay at HI in Martinsburg on our way back to NY from Florida, this year being our fifth. They always have very professional and friendly associates for check-in, the beds are comfortable, great shower pressure, there is a bar/restaurant on-site (which is probably the main reason we choose this hotel, after driving for eight hours, who wants to check in then have to go back out to find something to eat?), there is a TV channel guide (which other stops on the way did not provide), plenty of parking. The rooms have a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker (the previous two stays at Hiltons no longer have microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms). I definitely recommend this HI.

This was a nice hotel the room wasn’t to spacious, but it had a Jacuzzi inside the room. Not in the bathroom actually inside the room. It didn’t really have a dining area. There was a table that you could pull out from under the TV. Other than that, the room was pretty clean. There was a lounge and the food was pretty good in the lounge. The dinner was good. The drinks was nice and breakfast was also good.

Very nice hotel. Heavy ice and snow but the parking lot was very clean and as ice free as possible. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very good value. Did not eat at the Hotel Restaurant but the menu looked very good and the atmosphere exceptional. All around nice stay.
