I've been here for about 2 weeks or so. And all the people who work here is great. If i need something they will try to get it if its not already in my room. Can do my own laundry here so definitely an added bonus.

My husband stayed there for a few nights last month while our son was in the hospital.

This place is absolutely amazing, a true blessing. Marry is so nice and caring. The entire building inside and out is spotless. A true life saver when a family member is in CAMC. They offer a beautiful, safe, and relaxing place to stay.

Hospitality House is a very comfortable place, very clean, very secure. Staff are very polite, helpful,offer a comforting ear.
When you have a family member at CAMC memorial, please ask about getting into the Hospitality House.
Its hard having a loved one in hospital, this home makes it easier to bear.
Within walking distance of hospital.

No Hospitality!
They don’t understand that when you have a family member in ICU that you are not on a regular schedule or a perfect one. My family was told they had to check in everyday by 3:00 pm, which they did. Manager and female employee are not professional when they speak with families. It is very sad that they have no compassion for families that are going through one of the hardest times in their life. I wondered why there were no other families there, now I know.

Security here is good. The reduced price is wonderful. The rooms are clean. The atmosphere is friendly. A+ a real blessing and stress reliever
