My 92 year old mom was here for rehab after hip replacement surgery. No place is perfect, but IMO they were all pretty good! The food tasted good, they kept the facility clean, there were good activities, the nursing staff made sure they had her medication, the transportation staff made sure she was at doctor’s’ appointments on time, and the physical and occupational therapists were AWESOME!!! They were so helpful in treatment and trying to help us get mom’s house ready for her to return home. And they put me at ease trying to understand insurance!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HILLTOP!!!

A friend was moved to Hilltop recently and I was so glad.

I spent some time there with my Grandma Kate in 2014, and I was very impressed with Hilltop. It was always very clean. It even smelled good in every area that I was ever in. The staff was great; Helpful, kind, hardworking and motivating. The return to home rate is exceptionally high, and Grandma's rehabilitation enabled her to go back home, too.

I was pleased that Hilltop was my friend's choice, and I have not been disappointed. The staff is still amazing. They treat the residents with honor and protect their dignity. They are empowering and motivating. The facility is just as clean and nice looking (and smelling) as before.

What a relief to know that our loved-ones are in a nice place. I am so grateful.

My family already knows, if there ever comes a time, Hilltop would be the only choice for me. I TRUST them.

My dad was taken care of at Hilltop after a knee replacement surgery. Every staff member treated him with so much care and love! The administration was great about communicating with the family and were more than willing to help with any needs we had. The therapists were very skilled and helped him to get back on his feet. I am so impressed with the facility overall and how much everyone truly cares for the patients in every department. Thank you 😊

I checked in scared and not knowing what to expect. I am leaving tomorrow and I have to say this place is great. Every worker has been so nice and polite to everyone. I would recommend this place if you wanted treated very good with lots of caring people. I could not walk when I got here and 2 weeks later I can walk and I’m ready to go back home. If I ever have to go to a nursing facility I will definitely want it to be hilltop. Thank you to everyone who has made my stay so very nice. I’m just letting everyone know these guys and girls go completely out of their way to take care of people. Much love to all of you

All I can say is how wonderful the staff is at this facility. Just to point out a few Ashley and Sasha would come in a check on us daily and make sure my grandma was comfy and we had what we needed. To care staff Latasha,Aimee,April you all have out done yourself on making Grandma comfortable. Giving us hugs when needed. Holding grandmas hand when she was scared to singing to her until she fell asleep I can’t thank you enough. To all the staff at Hiltop we thank you so much from the bottom of are heart. To the kitchen staff always making sure are tray was supplied with food so we can spend the most time with are grandma. We truly love you all and can’t thank everyone enough!!!!

My mother was at hilltop before she passed away and they were all absolutely amazing! The staff were all very professional, caring sweet people. Not only with all of my mother's needs in caring for her but for everyone that a was with mom, they always brought in a extra tray or 2 for meals along with a hospitality cart with fresh cookies and coffee, iced and Hot tea.
Everyone was always ready to give hugs when you needed one.
When my mom passed away they took care of everything for me and the tributes would have made my mother is so very proud.
I wanted to say thank you to everyone for the wonderful care for my mom and everyone else that was there.

Jill and Bobbie are both extremely attentive. They took the time out of their day to discuss the options for my mother when she wasn’t even a confirmed patient yet!!!
They’re guidance and advice was extremely heartwarming. They’re sensitivity and commitment to my mother was above and beyond! They gave me piece of mind and assisted me through the entire process.
Their knowledge of insurance processes, patient care and honesty regarding my mothers level of care was refreshing.
They made phone calls advocating for my mother and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made!
They are working very hard to ensure both my comfortability and my mothers.
I would highly recommend Hilltop and their staff!

February 2021 I arrived at Hilltop Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. I was feeling scared and lost. My family, friends and job we so far away.

The staff the evening I came in were extremely nice and made me as comfortable as they could.

I had to relearn a lot skills. I can see such a difference in what I can now do for example: eat, feed myself, brush my hair, brush my teeth, turn to the left. Those are some of the things I couldn't do. Credit goes to the staff working with me.

I'm leaving Hilltop with gratitude and some tears to move closer to my friends and family. I will miss my Hilltop family. Being there from February 2021 until June 2022 was a blessing in disguise. Staff and residents really became family and went through all the ups and downs with me.

Now that I’m in my hometown, I miss my Hilltop family.
