We did the National Park Tour. Had a blast especially on the dome railroad car and the boat tour to the glacier. Little bummed that we didn’t do the Denali Tour wasn’t their fault woods was on fire and they made it fun anyway. I do recommend slowing down or stopping when there’s wildlife since it’s a park tour we just flew right by the moose each time.

Premier Alaska Tours is great! We just completed an Alaska land / sea cruise tour this week. Our tour guide / director Betsy and our motorcoach driver Willy provided us with top shelf / excellent service and recommendations throughout their portion of our itinerary.

Whether we were on the Alaska Railroad, motorcoach or walking around an excursion Betsy and Willy were very attentive to the needs of our group ?. Shuttles, buses, trains and motorcoaches were always ready to go and clean! You can't go wrong using Premier Alaska Tours!

Just took a bus ride from train to Holland America Hospitality center in Anchorage. A comment about our bus driver, Krystal. I get pretty bad motion sickness in moving vehicles. Because of this I try to sit up front in cars and buses so I can clearly see out. When we went up the stairs onto the bus I noticed two seats in front with a reserved for handicap. I asked Krystal if I could sit there if there were no handicapped people occupying the seats and explained I get motion sickness. She abruptly responded ‘they are reserved for handicapped.’ After everyone was on the bus and no one was in those seats, I asked her again. She abruptly responded that ‘the seats in the back were fine for motion sickness’ and refused to allow me to occupy one of those seats. So I sat in seats further back sitting half off of the seat and into the isle hunched over to look out the front of the bus.
I told Krystal after getting off the bus that she had a lot to learn about motion sickness and suggested she study it.
All other bus drivers on HA excursions graciously accommodated me once it was determined no one who was handicapped needed the seats. Krystal displayed a great deal of insensitivity; sad for our last experience on HA.

William Doe

We had a multi day land tour after a seven day inner passage cruise and we’re blessed to get Chuck Purce. I have had many tour guides in my time, but have never seen a harder working individual who was consistently giving the best advice on every stop. He worked nonstop, including after hours running around, making sure that everyone had made it back to the hotel. On our bus excursion stops you would see him running around the streets, trying to gather up misplaced passengers. He was considerate to the group and also to other individuals when he would set up and find great photo ops where many others would have simply blown off additional requests. I truly recommend you ask for him by name kudos to the company for finding and using his talents. Thanks again, Chuck

I never leave a bad review. Especially in the middle of a trip. Worst tour director Braian EVER! Completely ruined our once in a lifetime trip to Alaska. @royalCaribbean please check your outside vendors. Simple requests made weeks in advance to keep our small group of 5 people together fell on deaf ears. When it was brought to their attention of a single female traveling with a group the tour director did everything to keep me separated. Requests to be moved closer to my adult children and friends were met with canned responses. He made me feel so uncomfortable with his comments and advances. I was scared to leave my room unaccompanied for fear of running into him.
Think twice if you are single and booking a tour. Even if you are with a group.

I want to give a huge shout out to Premier Alaska Tours, specifically our guide Kelley and driver William! Our trip has been thrown into chaos by the Riley wildfire in Denali, but if it weren’t for the smoke we can see from the road and a brief power outage at the hotel, we would never have known. These two have worked tirelessly to find us alternate activities, find restaurants that can take our group, and assure we get where we need to be at the end of the day. I know some folks have been disgruntled that our original plans have been impacted and that we can’t do the main Denali park road, but I think we may have actually had a better experience! Kelley and William have found fantastic alternatives and made sure we are all comfortable and have what we need. They are so kind and fun with our whole extended family, especially the kids in our group (15, 11,10,9). William even spent the evening helping to shuttle firefighters and evacuate park employees last night after dropping us safely at our hotel. They have truly gone above and beyond to make sure we still have a fantastic trip, and we’ll be forever thankful to them!

We had a four day land tour prior to our cruise. Very disappointed with the tour company. We could not enter Denali due to the fire and there was time for the company to have found something else to show us as it was know the park would not reopen to allow our visit. Instead we were just left to figure out for ourselves what to do for the two nights we sent there. Final night was spent in Alyeska where we arrived at 6 PM and departed the following afternoon at 1:30, but had to be out of rooms by 11 that morning, again there was nothing planned by the tour company for this stay. Would rate lower but we did see some beautiful country on our long bus rides.

Premier Alaska tours is not a place you want to work, they will screw you over fully & work you like a dog. Highly suggest touring with another company.
