We stayed at the huge lodge that holds 30 people. The area itself is beautiful. The scenery amazing. The house? Didnt meet my espectations. We were in the room that the wall was next to kitchen. You hear people talking, you hear the chairs on the floor, you hear the microwave etc. But thats all understandable, what i didnt understand were the beds. For the price we paid for this house it should have been perfect! Our bed? Where do i start. The "quilt" or "comforter" (hard to even call it that, as it was almost paper thin) was smelly and looked soo dirty! And i know why! At the check out time it says to collect all laundry except the quilts 😐 Soo my assumption is that they dont get washed? Or get washed once in a while? I dont know but ours smelled weird. The bedding yes, was nice and fresh and smelled of chlorine, but not the quilt. The pillows were hard an impossible to sleep on. Another thing was our bed itself was soo rickety!! The first time i laid down, and turned to the side, i honeslty thought one of the kids were running around because of the sounds that echoed!! But nope, it was the bed. Soo by the end of our stay, everyone was sleep deprived, and a bit annoyed, but aside from that, it was great spending time together with the family 🥰🥰
My advice? Invest in some sturdy bed frames and better comforters, maybe duvet covers? 😊😊

Our 4th year coming here from Pennsylvania-we absolutely love it here. Mountain views are breathtaking- they have constantly upgraded every year we have come back.....1 down fall is it's such a late check in @ 4pm and when traveling if you come early the gate will not open for you till 4pm- Also would like to add the privacy gate around hot tub takes away from our view of the mountains- which was new for us this year- didn't like that as well- but would not deter us from coming back next year.

My girlfriend and I wanted an extended weekend get-a-way. We made reservations and stayed from March 14-17th. It was the perfect location in the mountains of Virginia, Cabins were of the highest quality, hot tub was perfect, kitchen, has everything you need, bathrooms are huge, with washer/dryer and lots of water pressure. I am from Va Beach Va. and now I’m making this my regular getaway when I need to disappear. The owner Randy works 24/7 round the clock to ensure everything is well maintained, and someone who puts a lot of sweat equity into his and his families business. 5-Stars is the standard but I would give this place 100 Stars if I could. We stayed in Cabin #6 and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks to Randy and his Wife for having the best accommodations in that part of Virginia!

The place was very clean. We loved how quiet it was there and we enjoyed our trip with our friends. The ONLY things I would suggest would be a better wifi router as the signal didn't get to all the rooms. And better shower heads. Also a wine bottle opener. It's wine country and we couldn't open our wine...

Was going to stay here, until I saw how they are being tricky with prices. Link on their website said cabin for 4 guests starting at $225... then click on it, and says $225 for 2 adults, +$30 for each child guest... fix yalls website

This was our 2nd time here in 3 years and we love it. We stay in Cabin 8. Beautiful views and very well kept up. Owners on property and available if needed. We were able to enjoy the hot tub numerous times in full privacy. This time we didn’t , but last time we had fire pit going. Wood is always left for you to use. Will definitely be coming back.

Totally beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. So much to do there! Breathtaking view of the mountains and you don't have to leave the cabin to have a great time. Each cabin has a hot tub, grill and firepit....the kitchen is fully equipped with all you may want. The premises is very clean and well kept. It's great for a family getaway or a romantic vacation. Book your next vacation there!
