Best. Trail ride. Ever! I love horses and love to ride and this was an amazing time. Where most trail rides just take you in a circle around a field, this one actually took us up onto the mountain a bit. Very affordable compared to other options, only $80 for a 2-hr ride. Our trail guide was very friendly and chatted with us the entire time (i think her name was Michelle, a former barrel racer). Our horses Jazz and Deuce were sweet and (mostly) well-behaved except for sneaking a few snacks along the way. 🙂 Highly Recommend giving them a try!

Kate, the mule, was amazing. I even got her to trot a little. For a mule I was very impressed! Devon and Joey were very laidback and accommodating. The trail itself was perfect and we went through the creek a few times. I’ve been on several trails ride the last few years and this was by far one of the most fun rides. Every time I come to Virginia to visit my Aunt I’ll be sure to schedule a horse ride.

This was a last minute decision but totally worth it. Devin and Drew were awesome! They were very personable and made sure my 9 year old had a blast! If you are looking for someone that will treat you like family and make sure you enjoy your time. Also…very reasonable pricing!!

What a great time! Casey and Joey were so welcoming to their farm and the sweetest people. We did a 90 minute trail ride and it was gorgeous. Devin was with us as well and showed us around the barn and was also super helpful on the trails.
Highly recommend this gorgeous location for a trail ride and meet some truly wonderful people.
