Call this place due to one of their drivers speeding up and down my Dead End Street what do they do they do absolutely nothing no respect for other people in Swanzey i call them and ask them nicely and ask them if they could say something so now I have to call the police. And I shouldn't have to little courtesy goes a long ways this guy comes down my road right at the same time the school bus is dropping kids off at the end of the street. We all have dogs on the street it's obviously these people don't care how fast their drivers go recklessly down a dead end Street

Payed them for fuel and didn't get it. Tank Ran out last night and then they told me they couldn't provide emergency service (i was out of town for work or would have bleed the tank myself). The on call guy was extremely rude to my wife and truly didn't care. We are good standing customers. Will be switching to Davis oil who actually cares about people. Even if they are not current customers

Swanzey Oil is the best in Customer Service and Customer Care!!!
In the past 20 + Yrs as a local consumer of home heating oil and service Swanzey Oil has been the best hands down!!
Lisa, Pete and Ben were the greatest during this cold winter week to make sure my furnace which quit working on a Saturday was operating and my home safe and warm. Thank you for their knowledge and extreme flexibility. From a valued customer, thank you 😊

They don't know how to accommodate customers. Instead of getting oil every month as close to the first as possible, they skip months! I explained my spouse gets paid monthly and that we needed the delivery as close to the start of the month. We didn't get any oil at all in February and they couldn't explain why! I called to order a delivery and they cancelled it because it wasn't the 1st of the month. If I got my delivery when I was supposed to on the last day of February, I wouldn't have had to call in the order that was cancelled without contacting me! We've had constant problems with them for our 3 years living here. Switching to a different company!

Two years ago, I moved into my first apartment ever - fresh out of college. Figuring out the budgeting of all of my bills and making sure I wasn't missing anything was quite the challenge for me, but I'm extremely thankful that I decided to go with Swanzey Oil for my heating oil.

The folks at Swanzey Oil have gone the extra mile for me on a number of occasions, and even when I messed up a payment or read them my credit card number incorrectly, they graciously helped me get sorted out so my home would be heated ASAP.

At one point, when I'd just discovered I was completely out of oil, their office called their truck driver as he was leaving Keene, and had him turn around to go sort me out so that I wouldn't have to pay an emergency delivery fee.

Sherry(Sherri?), who I usually get when I call the office, has saved my butt on several occasions, and is a bit of a miracle worker. It's wonderful to be able to call a local family owned and operated business, and talk to the same great people every time.

Even if someone else in the area ends up with a significantly better price (which I have yet to see, their prices are VERY competitive), I doubt I'd ever switch to a different company. Swanzey Oil has made me a loyal customer, and I expect I'll remain as such until I move or no longer have oil heat.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, staff. Prices are competitive. This is the fifth oil company I have used, and I finally found someone who understands the Buderus furnace. Very happy with this company.
