Go Green Airport Shuttle - Pelham, New Hampshire

I used Go Green recently with our family from southern NH to Logan for an international flight. We never considered using an airport shuttle service in the past, but we're never looking back! Bob and Dan were both incredibly kind and phenomenal drivers. Our return flight was a bit late coming in, but that was no problem at all. Their team monitors the flight status so we didn't need to keep in contact while in another country. After a long flight with children, to be immediately whisked away without unnecessary delays was a godsend. Thank you, Go Green! I cannot recommend their service enough.

Within this experience the driver, Bob, accused me of being “entitled” for asking to keep my backpack with me and then upon taking my seatbelt off to remove my coat yelled at me to put my seatbelt on, when I spoke up for myself he threatened to leave me at the next gas station. With years of experience taking car services I have never encountered such unprofessional and prejudiced “service”, this is not a safe option for transportation based on my direct experience.

I will also add that I felt so unsafe that I audio recorded the complete tantrum this driver had. I do not wish this negative experience on my worst enemy. The driver’s cruel behavior seemed directly informed by his own prejudice be that race based, gender and/or age. I hope for the day where bigotry is not permitted especially in the tight quarters of a car.

Bob made his car an unsafe environment for my partner— from audio proof i received i can tell you he was hostile and disrespectful in his communication over a misunderstanding, gave arbitrary orders of what my partner should do with their belongings and escalated when they briefly unbelted to take off their coat/chose to keep their personal bag with them in his backseat bc it held their laptop, threatening to leave them at a gas station in a remote area and calling them entitled for explaining themself. He should not be trusted to drive anyone, especially not people of color traveling alone.

This company employs a prejudiced driver who mistreated my friend and threatened to leave them at a gas station in a rural area. Terrifying. This company can’t ensure the safety of its passengers & needs to do some serious accountability and restructuring.

I would recommend this service completely and beyond!!! I chose this service for my freshman daughter at UNH 2 years ago and I cannot be more pleased with all the many many trips she has taken with them. Not only do we feel safe! they are prompt, reliable and reasonably priced. My Daughter LOVES traveling with these drivers and I am so pleased and blessed for the conversation and seriously great service they have provided!

Peter was very professional, prompt, and made our trip to an Eckankar seminar in Springfield MA a really great weekend. He said the owner of the company's name is Frank (and Frank's wife), when we discussed the history of the company; not Kerry, so the previous reviews could be false, or for the wrong company. This company has experienced retirees as the drivers, very professional and prompt. Booking online gave 5% discount, lady called the night before to confirm, driver texted his arrival time, so we knew they were thinking of us and on time.
