The hotel was a new venue for us after years at the nearby Holiday Inn and it was clearly an upgrade! Nice balcony access and view and beautiful bathroom! While there was confusion initially with the parking garage being closed, giving us cards for the dash for Street parking was much-appreciated to maintain free parking. Other than being stuck in the elevator once and having to use the stairs, my only issue was that the shower water turned cold waaaayy too early, a first for me. Otherwise the accommodations were superb, loved the comp breakfast and the staff was very helpful!

Very nice centrally-located hotel, spacious rooms with a fridge that has a small freezer section, designed for an ice tray - I used it to keep my ice pack frozen. Complimentary water in the rooms and a great coffee vending machine in the lobby. Keurig maker in the rooms. Hotel parking is in the parking garage next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at The Hotel Concord again, and it reminded me just how unique and special this place is. Of course, it's clean and the staff is friendly, but it's much more than that. It's not like a typical hotel where you simply spend a night. This hotel is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail in every aspect, from the room interiors to the overall ambiance. It's a space where you don't just sleep in a clean room, but where you truly feel rested, as if you'd just returned from a rejuvenating retreat.

Loved this hotel, within walking distance to both the capitol Center for the Arts and the Statehouse with lots in between. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. The only problem was people next door arguing and yelling at 3am. I had to call the front desk. Within a reasonable time, everything was quiet. Thank you to the young man who handled that call. Would definitely like to stay there again.

Carrie and Michelle were absolutely amazing! I brought my love up for a romantic weekend for Valentines Day. Michelle helped me order and have the most amazing roses in the room! She made sure the card was worded properly! Carrie went out of her way to ensure the room was ready and the upgraded us. We love this place and will definitely return!!

I booked a Luxury King room in the Hotel Concord expecting luxury. Unfortunately, it was not luxurious. It was not at all like the picture on the web-site. The room consisted of a spacious bathroom and a small square bedroom with a king bed and a view of the slums of Concord. It felt like the room was crowded, not luxurious. ||The room is meant for two people but there is only one chair. There is no fridge. No desk for a computer. No microwave. An average size TV which is unresponsive to the remote much of the time. The thermostat is hard to regulate. It was set at 62 but the room temperature was 72 which made for uncomfortable sleeping. To use the elevators, it is necessary to swipe your room key card before selecting your floor. Perhaps that’s tolerable but my room key card stopped working half way through my stay. An unapologetic and apathetic concierge fixed my key card. For the price of the rooms the hotel staff should be bending over backwards to do whatever they can do for the hotel guests. The hotel staff was aloof. Some of the staff were snobby. The hotel has no swimming pool or hot tub. It’s necessary to go down the street to the YMCA if you want to swim. The hotel has no parking. Parking is in the adjacent municipal parking garage. This makes coming and going awkward. For the price of the rooms, the hotel should have valet parking for the hotel guests. Breakfast was complementary but meager. Very meager. ||The Hotel Concord provides poor quality and charges ridiculously high, costly rates. I booked a Luxury King room expecting luxury. I was terribly disappointed. I booked the Luxury King room for two nights which cost $461.12. Then I decided I needed an extra night. The extra night cost $340.80. That is ridiculous. ||On the positive side…..The coffee machine made regular, decaf, cappuccino and espresso coffee, all of which were very good. The walk-in shower was really good and relaxing with an adjustable shower stream. And, there was a Bible in the bedstand drawer. Very nice touch.

Great location. Very clean, well-appointed room. It was quiet with comfortable beds. Breakfast was decent, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only strange thing we encountered was while having our morning coffee. We reached to pick up the newspaper available in the lobby and found the newspaper available was The Epoch Times, which is a far right wing, religious-based publication. There were no mainstream publications. It was a turn off and the reason I am not giving 5 stars.

I booked a luxury king room. It was not luxurious. Small bedroom. Felt crowded. View of the Concord slums. Only one chair. No computer desk. No fridge. No microwave. Average TV. Could not adjust the room temperature. Uncomfortable sleeping. Staff was aloof. No pool. Inconvenient parking. No valet parking. Way over priced. I needed to book an extra night. Cost over $300. Ridiculous. Breakfast was meager. I was very disappointed with the luxury king room. It was not luxurious. The coffee machine made good coffee. The walk-in shower was good. A Bible in the bed table drawer was good. However, I won't book again.
