Staff was somewhat incompetent and I had to remind them constantly about their job. Nobody listened to symptoms at all. Pretty sure they mixed up labs. Didn’t do labs to confirm treatment worked. Doctors were no -existent and the one I did see was a complete jerk. I asked for my labs a dozen times while I was there. They wouldn’t provide any information. The diagnosis wasn’t consistent w symptoms. They went on basic lab results alone. I’m back at it after 3 days in the hospital…at a different location. Gross incompetence all around.

Not the place one wants to be, I mean in the hospital. But when you need it, I would recommend it. I received excellent care here. Doctors took time to explain and answer all my and my family's questions. The nurses and aids were excellent.

Let’s talk about billing and coding… beware .. if you go to your PCP for a physical , be sure you only wear the paper gown, review your current medications, get your BP, height and weight, and temp completed. Because I asked about the new rage of weight loss medications, my visit was coded as being a DIAGNOSTIC visit and billed 100 bucks. Mind you, I was not prescribed medication nor received any lab work.. nothing. Simply inquiring about medication subjected me to a fee. Oh, and no one will take the responsibility for it.. billing blames coding, coding blames the PCP office and then they blame the hospital bc they do the billing. What a money grab… no wonder I do everything Possible to avoid the dr. Office

Just completed my scheduled imaging seamlessly this morning.
Everyone I encountered represented CH with distinction.
Parking was adequate
The "greeter" at the hospital entrance was informative, friendly and engaging and provided me with typed directions to my destination
Diagnostic Services team was professional and efficient and the reception area was nicely appointed and clean. Lisa was the appointment secretary and such a pleasure to interact with making check in a breeze.
No wait for my study and Larry the technician was informative and knowledgeable reporting he had reviewed my previous imaging results.
Even the woman in the adjoining cafe was happy to see me and so nice to interact with when I stopped in for a coffee.
From beginning to end, my experience at CH exceeded my expectations.
Everyone exuded wonderful energy and the hospital itself was clean and inviting.
Thank you for an efficient and seamless patient experience today.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. First I want to say the patient this concerns has not been the best patient and has left AMA way too many times. On 3/5/25 I brought this patient to the ER. I stayed with him the entire time until he was admitted to the ICU. I then read on My Patient Connect that they found an empty can of alcohol. I called BS. I sent a request to Patient Relations to ask about this so called phantom can they wouldn't even talk to me. But, since that point every visitor to this patient had to be searched which was no problem. Someone visiting this patient was stupid and snuck in a cigarette and lighter. How dumb was that? I visited everyday, getting searched and no problems. Fast forward approximately a month and this patient is on the 5th floor. I went to visit and was told NO VISITORS AR ALL. I told the patient and his nurse said security put this plan in place. That was an outright lie. It was the nurse. The patient got mad and left again. I called the 5th floor and asked the nurse if she wanted to know the real reason he was leaving and her response was it didn't matter to her why he was leaving. Unfortunately the patient was brought back to CH. I visited him with no problem and the next day his sister visited him and was told to leave. Here we go again. We asked why and was toldthe social worker put it in place. They had no clue about this. More lies. Got a call today that they stand by their policies. So letting the nurses lie to a patient is okay with them. The patient was in the ER for 4 days and where did they put him? On the fifth floor? He should be out in a couple of days. If he needs to go back to a hospital, Manchester here we come.

Our infant son was unfortunately admitted to the pediatric floor for care due to RSV. I cannot say enough good things about the care we received, specifically Allie D. RN and Attending Dr Piccone. Both were a great team and escalated care appropriately. I never once questioned if they were doing enough for our son. I was also impressed by the collaboration and teamwork of all the nurses on The Family Place unit, everyone jumped in to action to help as needed. I would trust this team with any member of my family! Thank you all!

Last month my husband tried to take his own life and was brought to Concord Hospital. I was told by ER staff that he was being admitted for psychiatric evaluation but instead he sat in the ER overnight with someone watching him and never made it up to a room. The next day I was called and told he was being discharged. He never got admitted, never got a room besides in the ER. I spoke with the Dr and was told they didn't think he was a threat to himself but that "anyone that comes in sick and gets better has a chance of getting sick again after they leave." He was there for only 36 hours after trying to commit suicide before they released him, never admitted, never received any real help. A week later he was successful in his attempt to take his own life and I had to tell our 2 children that their father was gone. If you care about someone, do not bring them here. Bring them anywhere else but Concord Hospital.

This has got to be the most unorganized hospital ever First it took 10.5 hours to be seen at the emergency room. The nurses have got to be some or the rudest I have ever seen. Nobody seems to be worried that my heart is in afib. I am still waiting for the doctor to schedule me in to have my cardioversion after 4 complete days. The food here is absolutely tasteless. I’m not sure what it takes to get a shower here but yesterday I waited over 12 hours and still wasn’t able to take a shower. I will never use this hospital again. Unbelievable that this hospital can be this disorganized and have this low of patient care.
