My family and I are up for the weekend due to a family member being on hospice. The rooms were very clean, the staff super friendly and attentive. They even put a handwritten note on the bed with chocolates wishing us a safe and wonderful stay. It meant so much to me given situation with family member. It’s the little things. Love your family ,friends and people and never take a day for granted! This hotel is a gem❤️
Our family will be back and recommend. Centrally located to everything. Breakfast is great as well. Thank you to the staff❤️❤️

Comfort inn North Conway was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The people were great. The room was awesome. Their buffet for breakfast was amazing and they did a iced tea bar, iced coffee bar and a cereal bar every night which I thought was amazing. Nobody else does that if you guys are killing it, keep up the great work. Definitely be back soon.

The ONLY issue we had with our whole stay was an AC unit that was noisier than we would have preferred. Thankfully it was very cool out when we were there (October) and so we didn't really need it through the night and so it wasn't anything worth making a stink over.

The staff (including the owner) were fantastic and the location can't be beat. We played several rounds of minigolf which was a big hit with the kids.

Stayed the night last week and cannot fault the place.
The hotel was freshly dressed in all its festive attire and felt really warm and welcoming.
Our room was spotless , beds super comfortable.
The included breakfast was very good.
The hotel is located on the main drag with eateries and pubs and shops going a mile or so either direction

Stayed over Columbus Day weekend (not intentionally!) so North Conway and local area was super busy. Hotel was well presented and very clean. Used laundry facilities which were excellent. Breakfast was good. Room itself was a great size and very quiet. I enjoyed my stay here. Lovely black Labrador on reception one day who will say hi for treats! Adorable!

Room is clean and quiet, breakfast is delicious and hot, you have a lot of choices! The bed is comfortable, the pillows are also comfortable! Parking is smoothly and location is great! The staffs are all friendly! That’s a great experience!

We were in the area to do some late fall hiking and this was in a great location. Check in was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not huge but there was a decent variety and everything was kept clean and filled. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Helen on reception was great, friendly, sociable, competent in her duties. She managed to get us a room that had a separate sitting area, that was ready, so could check in straight away, very clean and well looked after, very good b/fast, for kids mini golf just next door ( pirate themed ) loads to do in the area, Conway scenic Railway, great tour. loads of great drives, not too far away. scenery excellent. Many thanks to all for making our stay special. Stayed 3 nights 23, 24 25th September 2024
