The previous manager Peny was really great, I am not happy at all with the new manager norma , I found a great new place down the road that I am very happy with. I would consider moving back if they had a new manager the apartments are nice but the new manager is never in the office impossible to get ahold of and is very rude , my walls started cracking while I was there and it took months to fix . No washer dryer in unit as advertised, I left the place spotless I had it professionally cleaned and I didn’t get my deposit

Nice apartments, but management can't seem to get it together.

The following issues have been noted:
1. My deposit was at least 800 dollars. I spent 2 months in a studio then I was moved to a one bedroom when it became available. My studio apartment deposit was rolled into my 1 bedroom deposit.
2. My "lease" mentioned nothing about a cleaning fee and I left the apartment immaculate with no holes other than tiny ones for curtains.
3. I've been shorted almost 700 bucks on my refund.

Living here has been great! The manager is excellent and works with you with any of your needs. Maintenance quick to respond to any request. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. It is a good place. And allowing a dog is a plus here in Northern Nevada! Not all rentals allow this.

I have never had to get an apartment but when I did Argenta Rim took care of me. There maintenance team is very responsive. The front desk managers were always a text a way and always made sure to get an answer if they were sure how to answer my questions. They always had the best people to work with !! Penny is now the manager and she does an amazing job on the fast responses when you have questions or concerns.

Drove 9 1/2 hours down from Montana, had prior arrangements set up with the property manager to move in.She met with me on her time off to get me checked in. The process was simple and fast. The unfurnished apartment was clean and ready to go. I appreciate her time and effort to make sure I was taken care of.

Beautiful apartments. Perfect location if you have kids in junior high. Close to tennis courts, a soccer and a baseball field. Monthly rent is a little expensive, but their pet friendly and it’s in a good neighborhood.

The management (moss and company) is inhuman and only cares about making money. They provide a vague California lease (in Nevada) with many loopholes to extort money from your security deposit. They ignored my email and took more than half of my security deposit without any proof! I still can't believe this really happened. Unfortunately, I just noticed all the appalling reviews the management company has. Very disappointing!
