I will never understand human unkindness especially from a medical institution. I have been treated with disrespect, humiliation by this organization. I went to have an X-ray, 8 days ago. I sat in the empty chair to submit my form. Belinda the office representative told me to sit in the waiting chair because she was waiting on a customer. So I sat , I knew I was next. I watched other patients walk in and register with Belinda. then go to have what ever test they were to have. I realized what Belinda was doing to.. me.l got up and went home. Belinda a health care worker does not know my health condition and didn’t care, I was dismissed by her as if my health care meant absolutely nothing to her a health care provider. I Went back eight days later to try to get my X-ray done when I walked in Belinda said how sorry she was for treating me the way she did. Her excuse was, she was having a bad day when I saw that she wasn’t having a bad day. She was singling me out. I know this because I saw her interacting, happily and joking with the patience that were coming in.. The treatment from some of the staff had treated me badly when I have been nothing but kind to them. I have plenty of healthcare issues that can be life-threatening if I don’t take care of my health issues.. I have complained about my treatment by Staff members On a few occasions. However, it keeps happening. I want to speak with this woman’s boss and the CEO of this healthcare establishment. I will make these allegations to everybody who will listen incorrect the wrong that has been done to me and My Grandaughter. I want Battle Mountain general to do something about this. If this medical institution will not let me speak to the CEO then I’ll have to have someone speak for me on my behalf.

You guys are incompetent. My fiance is in pain!!! Pump him up on pain meds and call him good huh? He is in agony after they warn off.” Take Tylenol” what is that going to do? What if it’s something worse. You guys took blood . Sure. No ultra sound besides listening to his stomach . Thanks guys for nothing besides a giant bill

I've got to say, this is one of the best hospitals I have ever had to use. Dr. Maltinski and his staff are incredibly caring. The receptionist in the clinic are friendly and efficient. Even the phlebotomist Claudine was outstanding.... Thank you all.

I just want to say this nurse miss Erin was spectacular when I was there the other day, she was really kind a actually cared, she took the time to make sure I was as comfortable as I possibly could be, thank you Erin I truly appreciate everything

I had a wonderful experience at BMGH. I was working out in the field meaning road construction and had broken my foot just thought I stubbed it. I ended up with a spiral fracture. The staff was prompt, friendly, and the Dr was great!

Clinic personnel have NEVER answered the phone. You get the auto idiot saying there is a One minute wait time. An hour later, you're still on hold. The clinic manager's voice mail is full. She also NEVER answers her phone.
